The Truth

It took forever to wrestle the Masks, Twilight, and Sky down into chairs, and then tie them to them. "Let me go! What did I do?" asked Masks, fighting against the ties. "Until we know what is going on, you're all staying tied up" said Time. Twilight scowled. "I'll kill you all, heroes" without a second thought, Time slapped him across the face. "You better give my friend back or I swear I'm going to kill you" he warned. Majora laughed. "You don't scare me Hero of Time. You never did and you never will" Time was red with anger now. "I swear I'll...." Warriors placed a hand on his shoulder. "Masks, please, tell me whats going on" They all looked at him. He looked heart broken, and Masks felt terrible. 

"Alright.... Uncle, Father, enough...." Both Twilight and Sky glared at him, but then went back to normal. "Is it really you guys?" asked Four, looking between the two. Twilight looked at Time, and then at Wild and then at the rest of them. "Guys I...." he didn't finish his sentence as he let a tear fall from his eye. "Not you're fault...." said Sky, not looking at the others. "Will someone please explain what's going on?" asked Legend, annoyed now. Masks sighed. "Alright, here goes nothing" said Twilight. 

"You all know how the goddesses created the world, and the heavens, right?" asked Sky, they all nodded. "Alright, well they had two brothers, these brothers were known as Majora and The Fierce Deity. They were Deities meant to keep the balance of Good and Evil in Hyrule. Majora the Evil. Fierce Deity the Good" Twilight continued. "But the goddesses, the Heroes, Hylia, and Demise, they weren't made to be good or evil. They were aloud to be the apposite, and Majora.... he fell in love. The goddesses killed the man he loved, Majora tried to kill them, and The Fierce Deity joined his brother. After a Fierce Battle, they banished the two to Termina" Masks explained. Time sat back in his seat, he either wasn't surprised or had an excellent Poker Face. 

"The Fierce Deity escaped, and came to Skyloft, some time before I was born. He had me with the goddess Hylia, and then...." Sky looked at Time. "Had you...." This broke the mask that the Hero of Time held over his face. "What?" he asked after a moment of silence. "Say what now?" asked Warriors. Masks shook his head. "The goddesses discovered this. They forced Hylia into a human form, Zelda, and sent the second child, the Hero of Time, to another timeline..." Twilight cut him off. "The Hero of Time... at least, in your timeline, Time, had a son named Ben. Unfortunately, Ben had a... problem. Majora had possessed him, even before he was born. Ben spent his life trying to fight Majora, and when it finally took over him, it made him kill his mother, his father, and the love of his life. His 10 year old son.... me.... escaped to Ordon village... and grew up, well..." he shrugged. 

They were all stunned. No one spoke for what felt like hours. Finally, Time stood. "I'm... I gotta go think" he walked out the door. 

Still, no one talked.
