Chapter 19: 'Fantasy Day'

"FANTASY DAY! FANTASY DAY!" Gregory cheered, running around the house with the costume you made for him. A simple cardboard crown with a towel as a cape.

Hey, you were a mechanic, not a seamstress!

"Alright, Gregory! Alright!" You tried to calm him down but it was no use! He was way hyper than before!

Ah, I see you're confused! I bet you're asking, 'What the heck is Fantasy Day?', well let me tell you!

Every year your town holds a festival, called Fantasy Day. It is hosted usually in the square but this year Fazbear Entertainment is letting them host it at the Plex! So, anything related to Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizza Plex is closed for the day! Therefore anything that happens inside is not related to the company! So if someone ends up getting stabbed by a sword, it's not on them!

Fantasy Day is for both children and adults alike! Like there are shows and attractions that only adults can enter and kids that appear older than they are can go to! Your personal favorite adult area is the theater and bar. Mainly because the dresses and suits, the performers wear are GORGEOUS! Also, cause a lot of bar fights happen in there for dumb reasons and it's honestly hilarious!

The entire town pitches in for something at the festival! The fencing academy holds jousting matches and sword fights, anyone that can play an instrument can be in the band, and Fazbear Entertainment offers their security guards and employees to do their normal jobs! It's awesome!

Now usually people wear costumes every year, but you didn't have one, because yours is going to be assigned to you by the company! All of the guards are to dress up as knights, so they can be recognized easily, and keep true to the theme. So, a few days ago, you got your measurements taken, and submitted the design you wanted to the company. Now the day is finally here and you can see what it looks like in person!

After a while you finally made your way to the plex, finally being able to release Gregory so he could enjoy the festival. Finally, you could get your costume and get to work!

Walking around in the armor was pretty difficult at first, but you got used to it. After a while of looking around and enjoying the new scenery, you found the animatronics and Joie all together talking with one another. You greeted them and ran over to see how everyone was doing.

Everyone was doing great! They said that they were waiting on you before they began to enjoy the festivities. You were thankful that they thought about you, and took this time to look over their costumes.

Freddy was a king.

Chica and Fizzy were princesses.

Roxy was a thief.

Joie was a bard.

But Monty was missing...

"Does anyone know where Monty is?" You asked, taking a quick look around the room.

"He is currently having trouble putting his costume on..." Freddy answered, making sure his crown was in place.

"Does he need help?" You row a brow.

"No, he says he can do it himself, but he's clearly struggling with it."

"Damn! What on earth is he wearing?!" Joie exclaimed.

"A barbarian-type costume." Chica hummed. "There are a lot of individual parts to go with it."

"Well, that explains it. Does everyone know what they're going to be doing at the festival?" You quizzed, watching everyone grin in excitement willing to answer the question.
