Allison's POV:

I woke up the next day in Lucas' arms. He also woke up and I smiled "hey."
"Hey. How are you doing?" He asked.
I shrugged. "Better."
He kissed my forehead and went to the bathroom and got dressed. I changed into this

I went into the music room and I began to played the piano and started singing

Flippin' through all of these magazines
Tellin' me who I'm supposed to be
Way too good at camouflage
Can't see what I am, I just see what I'm not
I'm guilty 'bout everything that I eat (Every single thing)
Feelin' myself is a felony
Jedi level sabotage
Voices in my head make up my entourage

'Cause I'm a black belt when I'm beating up on myself
But I'm an expert at giving love to somebody else
I, me, myself and I don't see eye to eye
Me, myself and I

Oh, why do I compare myself to everyone?
And I always got my finger on the self-destruct
I wonder when I love me is enough (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
I wonder when I love me is enough (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
Why am I always looking for a ride or die?
'Cause mine's the only heart I'm gonna have for life
After all the times I went and messed it up (All the times I went and messed it up)
I wonder when I love me is enough, mmm (Yeah, yeah, yeah)

(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) I wonder when I love me is enough
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) I wonder when I love me is enough

Haters that live on the internet (On the internet)
Live in my head, should be paying rent
I'm way too good at listening (Listening)
All these comments messing up my energy (Energy)

'Cause I'm a black belt when I'm beating up on myself (Black belt)
But I'm an expert at giving love to somebody else (Expert)
I, me, myself and I don't see eye to eye
Me, myself and I (Yeah, yeah, yeah, oh)

Oh, why do I compare myself to everyone?
And I always got my finger on the self-destruct
I wonder when I love me is enough (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
I wonder when I love me is enough (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
Why am I always looking for a ride or die?
'Cause mine's the only heart I'm gonna have for life
After all the times I went and messed it up (All the times I went and messed it up)
I wonder when I love me is enough (Yeah, yeah, yeah)

Is enough (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) Yeah
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) I wonder when I love me is enough
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) I wonder when I love me is enough

I'm my own worst critic, talk a whole lot of, lot of
But I'm a ten out of ten even when I forget
I, I, I, I, I (I'm a ten out of ten, don't you ever forget it)
I'm my own worst critic, talk a whole lot of, lot of
But I'm a ten out of ten, even when I forget (Hey, oh)
I, I, I, I, I (Yeah)

Yeah, yeah (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) Yeah, yeah
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) I wonder when I love me is enough
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) I wonder when I love me is enough
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) I wonder when I love me is enough
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

As I was playing I looked up and saw Lucas and I smiled. He came over and he kissed me and I kissed back. "You sound amazing."
I looked in his eyes and smiled "thanks."
We went to class and I sat in my seat. Mr. Matthews was teaching on the Great Depression. I was listening to it when his lesson was on those who don't get appreciated enough. I raised my hand. He nods towards me.
I got up "some people feel like that they are forgotten and I've been there. But some people who don't get appreciated enough is the most important people that we take for granted. Like our parents. I learned that recently. I lost my mom earlier this year and recently my dad went to jail. You see we used to be a happy family but my mom died and with my dad being who he was we don't realize what we have till it's gone." I said. I went to sit down next Lucas. He smiled.
Mr. Matthews smiled "thank you Allison."
