Girl meets The broken

Chapter 3

Allison's POV:

I was walking to school with Alex and we were talking about different things. "So how have you been really?" Alex asked.
I shrugged. "One day I'm fine then the next I have a nightmare. Or a flashback."
"Im sorry I couldn't save you quick enough." Alex said.
I stopped him "none of it was your fault. Besides if it wasn't for you I don't think I can be here today."
He said. "What do you mean?"
I shrugged. Because dad doesn't even look at me. It's like it's all my fault. Maybe I did deserve it."
"Did he say that to you?" He asked.
I looked down and played with my jacket and nod.
"Ally look at me." I looked at Alex with tears streaming down my face. "It's not your fault. You do not deserve anything that's happened. You got me."
I nod and hugged my brother. He then picked me up and carried me the rest of the way to school. He even carried me to my locker.

Alex's POV:

We grabbed our books and walked to class. I went up to Mr. Matthews and asked "hey, sir, Can I move Allison's desk next to me. She's kind of upset."
"Is everything okay?" He asked.
I nod "rough morning."
He nod. I moved my desk. Lucas was talking to another girl or more like was annoyed with her. But he told her one second and looked at me and nodded toward my sister "she okay?"
I shook my head "I had to calm her down before coming in this morning."
"Is she going to be okay?" He asked.
I shrugged. "She was clinging to me this morning but we'll see."
He nod.
Missy just glared at me. I rolled my eyes "my sister is upset. And Lucas is our friend. Stop flirting and listen to the teacher."
My sister grabbed my hand and she was struggling to breathe. "Shit"
I got out of my seat and knelt by her. "Breathe with me." She did our breathing exercises and finally calmed down. I took her hugged me. "I got you."

Mr. Matthews came over and asked "she okay?"
I nod. "Our morning was horrible. She was really upset sir."
He nods. "I'm here if you need to talk."
"Thank you sir." I said.

I guess that Riley likes Lucas and is jealous but if she paid attention she would have notice Lucas was helping Allison but whatever. Maya looked at us in concerned though. After the whole incident, Riley was trying to go boop to Lucas nose but got her finger stuck and Farkle did the same thing to Maya.
I'm so confused but whatever. After the bell rang, Mr. Matthews asked us to stay back.
"What's going on?" He asked.
I sighed "she just opened up about our home life to me. Apparently our dad told her she deserved everything."
He gapes his mouth. "You know that's not true. No one deserves that."
She gave a sad smile. "Im fine."

Allison's POV:

I walked out of the classroom with Alex to see Riley in a locker with Maya and Farkle.
"Riley, I don't know exactly what happened but you have nothing to worry about. Lucas doesn't like Missy."
"How do you know, Allison." Maya said.
I shrugged "I just don't." I said. I turned to walk away when Maya grabbed me and I flinched.
"You okay?" She asked.
I nod " my anxiety is kind of high today."
"Okay." She said. "Can I give you a hug."
I nod. She hugged me and I did back.

Later that day I walked by the classroom with Alex and Farkle who were talking about nerdy stuff. I chuckled. When we looked inside I saw Lucas and Missy in detention along with Maya and Riley.

We decided to go in and take our seats after Farkle
said our friends are here. "Hey Riley, do you guys want to go to the movies with us." Lucas asked.
"I'm sorry Lucas, but that wasn't the invitation" Missy said.
Lucas shocked us all by saying "well, I'm sorry then. I can't go. I don't go anywhere without my friends. Right Riley. Allison."
I smiled. "Yeah."
"You know what's the best thing of having friends." Riley said. "Sometimes all you have to do is trust them."
