Inside the closed room, Shehnaaz could feel her old demons crawling back to the inside of her skull, the sentences which haunted her were once again ringing in her head

"you are a curse"

"you took my son from me"

"The reason he is dead is you"

"The accident didn't kill your father you did"

"PLEASE STOP!" screamed Shehnaaz inside her head

"STOP!"

"PLEASE!"

She held her head between her knees and pleaded with them to stop she was even ready to die but not for this, she was felt life squeezing out of her as she wasn't able to breathe, she could feel herself trembling from head to toe

She was sweating intensely but her temperature was dropping rapidly, she wanted to scream the hell out of her but she could no longer feel the voice through her throat, she could feel life leaving her to scum to death

She tried to stand on her feet but she slipped and fell onto the bed with a loud sound.

She slowly felt herself drifting into the slumber of darkness with no escape

Except for Shehnaaz, all the other members of the Raisinghania-Nayyar household were sitting in the living area of the huge house which included Siddharth, his mother Mythali, Amira, Karan, Riddhima, Vansh, Aryan, Siya, Ishani, Arjun, and his wife Sameksha

Everyone was sitting in a mourning silence and only the sound of their breathing was audible

Suddenly everyone heard a loud 'THUD' sound which alerted everyone, everyone was looking toward each other asking the same question in silence until the realization hit Arjun and he spoke " Yeh awaaz toh Shehnaaz ke kamre se thi"

This information was enough to make Siddharth rush towards her room as if he is running in Olympics for a gold medal and everyone else followed him.

In no time he reached the room and opened the door with a bang only to witness a dreaded site that he never wanted to witness again after those dreadful times, he never in his worst nightmare thought that he'll come across her in this condition once again, he was fixed on his spot as if he turned to stone

Shehnaaz was laying still on the bed which was wet with her saliva, clad in her sweat and the worst part of this was that her eyes were open as wide as a button, the eyes which had nothing but love and warmth for him had turned glassy, after seeing her in a state like this anyone can be convinced that she laying was dead and cold.

Siddharth's trance was broken when he heard Amira screaming his name while she was frantically tapping her cheeks to make her conscious, he quickly rushed towards her

"Siddharth her....... eyes are open then why isn't she...... reacting" spoke Amira with tears in her eyes

"Because she is unconscious with her eyes open" informed Riddhima who was kneeling on the floor and checking her pulse and other vitals  "She has a pulse but her temperature has fallen to a dangerous level and her body is showing the sign of oxygen deprivation and she is barely breathing, Karan has already informed the hospital and he is waiting outside with the car we need to rush her there quickly as we can't afford to lose more time" spoke Riddhima

Siddharth quickly scooped her into his arms and took her to the car Amira sat in the backseat with her, while he sat in the front with Karan. Amira cradled her head in her lap and started rubbing her hands to raise the temperature of her ice-cold body but it did no good, She was constantly checking her for any progress but always found none

If someone would ask Vansh that does he knows this Shehnaaz Raisinghania then he would have outrightly denied it, but one can never deny the truth no matter how hard it is

He was not able to recognize her in this state, this girl who was lying helpless in the arms of Siddharth Randhawa can never be his sister

Shehnaaz Raisighania is a lady whose aura demands respect and the one who radiates nothing but confidence and elegance, the lady who delivers powerful speeches enough to encourage and inspire many, how can this girl be his sister

He held his head in between his hands to calm himself down, he felt a soothing hand on his back gently stroking him

She entangled his hands with hers and whispered "We're a package deal"

he turned towards her and nodded in approval.

Siddharth, Amira, and Karan were waiting for the doctor in the hospital corridor to get any information about Shehnaaz

And soon they were joined by Mythali who hugged Siddharth as soon as she saw him, she whispered comforting words to him assuring him that his Shehnaaz will be alright.

Soon they saw a lady in her late 20s emerging out of Shehnaaz's room she came towards Siddharth and spoke "Sir what your wife suffered was an Episode of a condition called Vasovagal Syncope it is not life-threatening or something serious, it was caused due to a sudden drop in blood pressure and her spiking heart rate but now everything is alright and her vitals are coming back to normal and we are currently observing her as a precaution and will shift her into the room probably after 2 hours"

"Thanks for service Dr," spoke Siddharth with gratitude

"That's my job Sir, but I'd also like to know her history as for sure this is not her first time"

Siddharth sighed and spoke sadly "You are very much correct Dr. she has a long and unpleasant history with such things I'll get you her reports and the contact of her previous dr."

"ok Sir and you all can meet her one by one but please make sure that you don't tire her up" informed the Doctor and she went away

To all the ones who were around Siddharth this piece of information and this happening was nothing new but to someone who was standing and observing all this from afar this was something enough to make her wonder if she is responsible for all this.
