So apparently, if you open the achievment, the following text will show up:

This was actually Dalia, the godness of life's doing. This was the way she wanted to grief her son, because he could not return back to them yet. Achievments are usually made by a separate god, who's name is Rolix. When the godness asked him, he immedantely said yes.

And that's the reason why did an achievment opened when Dream died.
