Phoenix: gives you blue wings with purple tips on the feathers, able to use and control blue flames(similar to dabi) flame resistant to a point, Phoenix state: the rebirth of yourself just like a Phoenix of mythology(is actually very painful and has a limit as to how many times you can go through this state. Telepathic able to read/communication with your mind, not able to control people just tell what their are thinking on the surface level of their mind and relay information to a partner without speaking.

Y/N didn't have the easiest life growing up. At the age of 6 after learning about her Quirk a few yrs ago and already born with her blue wings. She lost her younger brother due to his body not being able to handle his Quirk. This broke her family and made her father's training of her even more harsh. Which is who she gain her Phoenix Quirk from as it's passed down the the first born in the family. Her mother had a mild Quirk of being telepathic which was useful in her line of work. A few years past and she grow into her Quirk more as he fathers training was brutal to the point of even going into Phoenix state a few times. At the age of 13 her father went up against a villain and sadly didn't make it by the end of the battle and passed away. This drove y/n to become an even greater hero than her father and involved into the biggest high school she ever thought about U.A. school went well the first to years as internship and training with your fellow students made you become stronger and faster. While you were training late one day at school you get the worst call of your life. " is this Y/n" coming from the person on the other end of your phone. "Yes" " I'm sorry to inform you but there has been an incident at your house." That phone call that day was worse than the call you got about your father's passing.
It had been the murder of your mother and younger sister who was only 7 at the time. Shortly after you move into a small apartment close to U.A. as the incident made you go into Phoenix state after the police left which set your house up in bright blue flames burning almost everything away. After graduating from U.A. she quickly got to work on making a name for herself and at the age of 21 finally able to start her own small agency. 2 years later and rising first up in the rankings she reached a level she felt comfortable in as she was able to still have free time for herself but also able to be the hero she always wanted to be(ranking 57). This was just enough to be able to afford the things she needed and able to pay her employees at the agency. Everything was going well.
While out on patrol one day thou in the early spring. She noticed something different this time on her usual route. Blue flames and smoke coming from a distant alleyway. As she's flying overhead to assess what is going on. She see's and tall dark haired man standing in front of a pile of something burning. Realizing that something isn't right she goes down to try and get a closer look. When she feels heat coming from below and bright blue engulfing her sight. Wrapping her wings around her to protect herself as she lands. Landing on the ground infront of the burning pile. Y/n spreading her wings out to put out the flames as her wings and herself are resistant against the heat of the flames. Looking around for the tall dark man who had set to flames was now gone. Looking down and the still burning pile, you notice that it was people. You call it in immediately and the fire crew and police take your statement and put out the fire.
This brought more attention than she wanted it to and began to wonder was was going on and why this villain was able to just disappear without a trace. After what had happened at her old school with the incident at the USJ she wander if it was or rather he was connected to it. A few weeks of trying to find more information on the villain and no lead she was able to get an appointment at the heros public safety commission(hpc).
The morning of the appointment y/n got dressed in her hero uniform. Stepping out on her balcony and onto the railing to start her flight to the hpc. Only being about a 30 minute flight at your slowest there you took in the crisp morning air. Filling your lungs with the floral scent of the just now blooming cherry blossom trees. About half way there thou something bright red caught your attention as it flew by at super speeds right in front of your face. "What the hell whats that, or who was that" as you wondering the rest of the way to the hpc as to what just happened you finally make it to the front of the building. Landing softly just to the right of the front doors of the hcp.
