Skylanders Memories and adventures

Second catchphrase convention.

Chop chop walked down the halls of the Gigantic as he thought of his recently made catchphrase, it worked well enough with his name he supposed, something of a synonym for it.

Yet before he could think more about it he was stopped by the noise of crunching paper under him.

Moving his foot and looking down, chop chop saw the source of the crunched up ball and paper and pickier it up before unwrapping it.

In there were the words, grass attack and they were also crossed out rather fiercely and as he looked down the floor of the hall seeing a small amount of more scrunched up papers leading around a corner not so far.

Walking to it and turning the corner Chop chops we  whisper elf sitting on the top of a stairway to the lower levels with a note book and pencil in her hands with the eraser in her mouth and the notebook having many pages torn form it.

"Hmmm...mean and green! No that's stupid." Whisper elf said writing down the phrase before removing the paper when she didn't want it anymore and throwing it behind her to which it hit chop chop and fell down with a sound causing her to turn around.

"Oh..um hey chop chop, didn't see you there." She said while trying to hide the notepad.

"You're making a mess." Chop chop said.

"Oh..well I was gonna clean up I swear, I just need to finish something first." She said hoping the arkeyan didn't notice what she was doing.

"You're coming up with a catchphrase."

"What?! No! No, no...okay I thought about it a little but it's not that I swear."

"Then who wrote, 'grass attack'?" Chop chop said unwrapping the paper.

With that whisper elf gave up her disguise.

"Okay fine I was thinking of catchphrases, and they're all lame too." She said with a pout.

"That's not true I think...'Fierce forest fighting' is a good one." He said unrolling another piece of paper.

"No it's not it's too long."

"Why do you want one now?"

Whisper elf sighed again before looking at the arkeyan.

"Well I overheard you and the others coming up with some and I figured if I wanted to be the best skyalnder I thought I would need one." She said with shyness.

"Well why now? I'm sure you know you're sister has one."

"Well that's because...."

Whisper elf looked down with a mix of embarrassment and shame.

"I don't wanna be her."She said rubbing her arm.

"I mean I want to be like her but I don't wanna be her, I admire her and she's my hero but I don't wanna be stealth elf two, I already share half of my name with her and I figured having a catchphrase was more of a her thing, but then I learned you guys have one so I thought it was more of a great skylander thing in general."

"So you want a balance between being yourself and being like you're sister?"

"Well yeah, that's why all the catchphrases have more to do with the forests and the life element which I'm pretty sure I'll get rather than being a ninja."

"Well you having a ninja based catchphrase doesn't make you your sister, it's the big things that do that, your catchphrase won't be the difference on that."

"I guess you're right, I just want the difference between me and her to be clear."

"It will be, now any ideas?" Chop chop said sitting down next to the elf.

Whisper elf closed her eyes for moment before in a moment of genius, thought of a idea.

Scribbling it down before showing it to the arkeyan who read it.

"Don't blink...too late."

"Yeah it's perfect! It's sneaky and a little drawn out but it can be said before and after I do something cool, like I say don't blink then do something cool and then say too late." She said with smile.

"Not bad." Chop chop said patting her on the head before getting up.

"But the mess still has to be cleaned."

"Oh yeah..." whisper elf said, her ears dropping down a little.

With a little sigh whisper elf got up retrieved a plastic bag before beginning to pick up the pieces of paper down the hall although she kept her happy mood.

She had quite the catchphrase after all.
