Reece:

You were lying on your couch on a Friday night, waiting for your best friend Reece to show up for your weekly sleepover. You had been best friends since the day you were born and your mom trusted him so she allowed you guys to have sleepovers, as long as you weren't in the same bed. Well, she wouldn't have to worry about that, since it seemed like he didn't like you back. You had liked him ever since you were 13 and now that you were 17 (let's pretend), your feelings had definitely intensified.

You had now been waiting for about half an hour when your doorbell rang. Finally, you though to yourself.

You sprang up off the couch and opened the door, revealing a tired-looking Reece.

"I'm so sorry I'm late Y/N, there was a lot of traffic getting here," he said, panting.

"Traffic? Is that Ciara's new nickname?" you said in a mocking tone. He had been dating the most horrible girl in the whole school, Ciara, for about a month now. Ever since you were 8, she had been picking on you. Reece didn't know, of course, since she was always on her "best behaviour" around him, which sickened you. You wanted to tell Reece how horrible she really was but you also kind of wanted him to find out for himself.

"Well, a little bit, yeah," he stammered, blushing a little. He had always had a crush on her and he still couldn't get over the fact that he was actually going out with her now.

"Okay then, come on in and let the fun begin!" you said in a grand voice. He chuckled and you two walked up to your room, where you had set up a mattress with blankets and pillows on the floor next to your double bed. Reece set his bags down and lay down on your bed.

"What do you wanna do?" you asked, already knowing the answer to the question.

"Does lying on your bed with blankets and food while watching movies sound okay to you?" he replied, smirking.

"That sounds pretty good," you said, giggling, "My parents are out tonight and coming back on Sunday morning so they gave me money for food. I'm gonna go order Domino's and organize the sweets, you can set up the laptop and stuff."

"Okay, sounds good to me," he said, smiling at you. You turned around quickly and walked down the stairs so that he couldn't see you blush. There was NO WAY he would ever find out about you liking him.

Once the pizza had arrived and you had paid, you walked upstairs with it, along with sweets and drinks. You lay the sweets and drinks down on your bedside table and you took your spot on your bed. Once you were all comfortable with your pizzas on your laps, Reece pressed play on your laptop and you saw that he had put in Grown Ups 2, one of you guys' favourite movies.

After watching Grown Ups 2, it was around 10pm and you had finished your pizza.

"Wanna watch one more movie?" Reece asked you.

"Sure thing," you replied, yawning.

He put in another disc and The Notebook popped up. You found this sort of weird because you usually had to beg and plead for him to watch it with you, since it was a huge chick-flick.

"Finally fallen in love with The Notebook?" you asked, raising an eyebrow at him.

Before he had time to answer, the movie had started and you became totally entranced.
