"Ugh, Alec it hurts." I whined, the plane had just taken off.
The hangover I had from last night was pretty brutal.
"I didn't tell you to drink that much last night."
"They were free! I'm not going to let free drinks go to waste."
That's a crime right there to let any free thing waste.
"Now you'll have to suffer the consequences."
Ugh, I hate him. I hate moonlight, I hate sunlight, I hate happiness, I hate headache, I hate alcohol,I'm hate my liver, I especially hate the loud bitch behind me. I hate everything right now.
I groaned and turned away from him, hoping the pain killers I had just overdosed on were starting to work.

We arrived back in the United States and I was proud to say that I'm hangover free.
I breathed a sigh of relief to be back, I loved Spain, it was my home after all but so was New York. Mostly I missed working, Max, and Tyra, and mostly Miguel. I could hardly contain myself as I raced up to my apartment, skipping the stairs because they would take too long, instead of going straight to my place, I went to Tyra's get Miguel. She had kept him for the three days that I was gone.
"Tyra!" I exclaimed, happy to be reunited with my friend. I threw my arms around her in a tight hug.
"Val! How was it?"
"Pretty good, I'll tell you later, where's Miguel?" I asked searching her apartment for him.
"Oh he's with Max." She said nonchalantly, like it was nothing.
Does she not know how much Miguel Esteban Juan Julio Ricardo Carlos Santiago Emiliano Morales means to me? (If you think thats long, wait until you hear my full name, it's not just Valentina Ana Lucia Morales)
I huffed and turned around to leave when I smacked straight into Alec.
"Whoa, what's the rush?" He asked steadying me.
"I have to get Miguel from Max." I explained heading in the direction of the elevator. I was still winded from the stairs.
"I thought Tyra had it."
"Him Alec. Him."
Call me a crazy dog person and I'd agree. Miguel was my baby; my small, furry, four legged, baby.
After the elevator dinged open I walked the very short hallway up to his door and pulled out the key to his home. I will never understand why they didn't you the elevator as the entrance, not an elevator then a door.
"Why do you have the key to his home? You don't even have the key to mine." Alec asked.
"Honestly, Alec, this isn't the time for excessive jealous questioning. I like you, not him. If I liked him I'd be with him."
Thankfully, that seemed to satisfy him because he said nothing afterwards.
"Miguel!" I squealed, picking my dog up and peppering kisses all over his cute, furry face.
"No hug for me?" Max asked, opening his arms up.
I set Miguel down and go in for a hug, but of course, Alec intervened.
"Leave room for the holy ghost." He said, stopping me from making any real contact with him.
"This shouldn't even quality as a hug. Besides, You're bringing up traumatic memories from my Catholic school days." I said.
