Tommy was the first to attack, swinging at Sapnap. Sapnap blocked the swing and then started to push the tall blond away. One after another, the L'manburgians attacked your team. You locked blades with Nihachu and then dodged an attack from Fundy. You looked around for Technoblade for a quick second and saw him glaring at Dream with his sword clutched in hand.

Dream was dueling with Quackity so he wasn't watching for any other enemies. Technoblade approached Dream from behind. Quackity smirked, seeing Technoblade's plan. You shoved Fundy away so you could block the swing that Technoblade was about to land on Dream.

The swords clashing immediately got Dream's attention and he was able to push Quackity away and meet another attack from Technoblade as he had let up from you. You blocked a swing from Quackity who was attacking from behind and easily shoved him into Tommy who was fighting Punz. They both topped to the ground, shouting insults and curses at each other as you stood next to Dream.

"Was your plan really to team up to defeat me?" Technoblade chuckles, "Let's see if it will work then." Dream wastes no time in attacking Technoblade swinging from his left. You follow up on your left to deliver a double blow.

Technoblade easily blocks both of the attacks, redirecting Dream and knocking you over from your lighter stance. You quickly got up. Still recovering from being on the ground, Technoblade attacks you, leaving a gash down your shoulder. You move away from Technoblade as he geared up to hit you again. "Y/N!" Dream shouted, seeing the gash on your shoulder.

"I'm fine! Keep going!" You ushered so Dream could keep his focus. Dream nods and then slashes at Technoblade, whose back was turned, leaving a gash on his arm. Dream smirks, knowing that was well deserved. Technoblade faces Dream locking blades with him. You charge Technoblade ready to hit his exposed side but he pulls out his axe from his back and catches your blade with it. He kept Dream away with his sword and you away with his axe. You had a gut feeling you may have messed up.

Dream let the force off of his axe to unlock the blades and attack again. Technoblade easily pushed you back, blocking Dream's swing and then using the rest of the momentum of the block to hit you. You felt the blade of his sword slice past your armor and your thin clothing and into your flesh on your left side. It felt weird to have the metal in you but it left as quickly as it came leaving a deep gouge in your side. Then the pain started to come.

You fall back, the searing pain worsening by the second and every second feeling like a minute. Your vision started to blur as you clamped your hand around the wound. You could feel your warm blood seeping through your fingers. You hear Dream's voice in the form of your name but it sounded as if he was miles away. There is a loud screeching sound but it wasn't long before darkness filled your vision and you lost consciousness.

Dream was panicking. If he let up on Technoblade to see if you were okay he could kill the both of you. If he didn't do anything you could die of blood loss. "It's the end, Dream! Give up before she dies of blood loss. We can still save her." Technoblade offered.

Dream looked out at all of the fighting, seeing his own friends and allies giving their all, fighting against L'manburg. He was their leader. They followed him into this mess. If he surrendered he would let all of them down, allowing them to look weak amongst their enemies and to be imprisoned. Dream glared at Technoblade, "No! I'm tired of this stupid country! It's getting annoying!"

Technoblade tilted his head, "So you are just going to let her die so you can be victorious over a little country? Seems petty to me."

"No, we are both getting out of this." Dream raised his axe.

Technoblade laughed, "I'd like to see you try! Your time is very limited." Dream felt something inside that seemed to ignite. Rage? Annoyance? Whatever it was he let it surge through his veins giving him a new burst of speed and adrenaline. He attacked Technoblade, causing him to give a small gasp of surprise.

Technoblade tried to swing at Dream but Dream evaded the swing and he slid around Technoblade, hitting him from behind. Technoblade tried to swing around to hit him but he missed once more to Dream darting away again. Technoblade barely blocks a forceful impact.

Sapnap glances over at where he saw you and Dream dueling Technoblade. He saw only Dream fighting the pig-man. He makes a large arc with his sword to cause Fundy and Tubbo to back off to allow him a few seconds to look for you. He sees you on the ground, blood staining the dirt around you.

His breath hitched. He needed to help you as Dream was busy with Technoblade. "Punz!" He called for his friend, getting his attention, "I need to help Y/N! Handle these two?" He locked swords with Fundy and directed him into Tubbo.

Punz gave him a thumbs up as he ran towards Fundy and Tubbo, Quackity and Tommy following. "I'll see you at the castle, be there in a few. I'll gather the gang." Punz assured him. He parried an attack from Tommy causing the teen to yelp.

Sapnap smiled, "Thanks Punz." Sapnap ran over to the spot you were laying, Technoblade and Dream's weapons screeching as they clashed. He checked your pulse, finding it faint. "Hold on Y/N." He mumbled.

He scooped up your back and under your legs, lifting you to his chest. He looked at Dream and Technoblade and he saw Dream take a quick glance at him and you before dodging a slash from Technoblade. Sapnap was glad that Dream was looking out for you by handling Technoblade. He quickly left L'manburg so he could get you to safety and healed.

Technoblade stumbles back from a powerful and precise hit from Dream. Technoblade was stunned by his determination. He must have crossed some sort of line. Technoblade glanced around at the fighting, realizing that he caused it. He threw an Ender Pearl he had stashed away and he teleported onto a building roof, "Well this was fun, Dream. We should do it again some time." He grinned before throwing another.

"Coward." Dream muttered, watching him disappear. He looked back at the others of his team and Punz made eye contact with him. Punz waved him on, in the direction of Eret's castle. Dream didn't hesitate in heading to the castle, throwing a few Ender Pearls to get there faster.
