《Emergency Room》

Karl's eyes shoot open, immediately screaming in pain. What a fun way to be woken up. Sapnap immediately jolts awake, just as startled as Karl. "Karl? What's the matter sweetie?" Sapnap asks, rubbing circles onto his back. "Fuck that makes it worse!" Karl yells. "I'm- sorry Sap, it's not like that-" Karl gets cut off by a shooting pain starting from his stomach and going throughout his body. "It's alright, love. Explain later, I need to get you to the hospital!" Sapnap exclaims picking up Karl 'bridal style'.

"No! Sap stop! I don't need to go!" Karl fights back, trying to get out of Sapnap's grasp as he makes his way to the front door. "Karl stop! There is clearly something wrong, and the more you fight it the more it makes me worried!" Sapnap yells, clearly frustrated as stressed out at the same time. Karl's eyes started to water from the pain and for doing this to his best friend. "Ok."

"Fuc- ouch!" Karl screams in pain. "Just try to relax, it'll all be ok-" "No you don't get it though!" Karl cuts him off, trying to sit up in the hospital bed. Sapnap had brought Karl to the hospital to get some real help physically. "Why don't I get i-" "I need to throw up." Karl cuts off Sapnap once again, bluntly. "There's a bucket right here, but w-" "I can't do it here, I need to go to the bathroom." Karl kept cutting Sapnap off. "No, you aren't getting up." Sapnap orders, holding Karl down softly by his shoulders.

"No! Because then you'll see them!" Karl blurts, frustrated. "See who!" Sapnap demands, looking Karl desperately in the eyes. "The bu-" He cuts himself off before he could embarrass himself. Sapnap furrows his eyebrows, tilting his head slightly in confusion. Karl stays quiet before feeling yet another pain in his stomach, but this time worse.

He clenched his teeth in pain as Sapnap ran to get a doctor. It felt like little teeth were gnawing at the inside of his stomach, but the teeth were the sharpest things he has ever felt. "Alright Karl I'm going to have to get you to lay down." The doctor orders as he speed-walks into the room; Sapnap following close behind.

"I can't! It- hurts!" Karl blurts out, trying hard not to scream to much.
"I'm going to have to knock you out, alright?" The doctors asks. "No! Please don't, I can't!" Karl pleads. "It's the only way I can see what's going on without causing you pain." The doctor explains. "Karl it's what's for the best." Sapnap says with sympathetic eyes.

Tears pricked Karl's eyes as they made eye contact. "Sapnap-" He takes a deep breath. He's about to die anyways, so what has he got to loose? "I-I love you, and I have for awhile." Karl confesses, making the pain in his stomach worse. He screams in pain as the doctor injects him with a needle that made him pass out. Right as his vision got blurry he heard Sapnap. "Karl, I-" Then everything went black, all of his surroundings disappeared.
