The Wolf (***Continued Version***)

Chapter 10

Ugh Monday again I wish that I would've had a better weekend, now everyone knows im a wolf, or at least other wolfs.  Today was going to be awkward... yep. I sighed inwardly and combed my hair, since I changed I noticed that my hair grew about two inches so it wasn't as short anymore also it wasn't as curly, it looked like beach waves. I looked better honestly, but I wasn't your typical girl that was obsessed with looks. 

 I brushed my teeth and went upstairs to get changed. I ran into my dad who asked me about my wolf etc. 

Half-an-hour later I was at school in my first period and working  on a esaay  which I wasn't very happy about.  I honestly will probrably end up procrastinating on the assignment like the rest sadly. Luke walked in and kinda just stared at me I'd have to admit it was awkward. Like really awkward I return my focus back on the assignment. I decided after twenty minutes i was going to work on a historical fiction thingy about 9/11.  

        The rest of my periods passed quickly, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, ex. But at lunch was just awkward, I have been sitting with Chloe and her Friends for the last week but her table was full so I went to empty table and just kinda, scarfed down all of my food because I was hungry. I don't know if it was because of the wolf thing or not but I was hungry so I ate. "Hey slow down," I looked up at Luke to see him smile cheekily at me. It was weird kind of but not enough to make it awkward. "someones hungry today." He said as he sat down

I continued eating and my plate was already gone. I wasn't going to get seconds or anything so I took my plate up and dropped it off, I sat down across from Luke again. Two more guys have joined us and  one girl. I guessed they were Luke's friends, They stopped the conversation when I sat down. Now it was officially awkward. The one closest to me literally sniffed me, it was one of the guys. "Creeper" I mumbled to myself .

 I looked at the guy next to me he was kinda cute I guess he had a well built face with high cheek bones with blue eyes and caramel colored hair.  All of them were staring at me awkwardly so I just decided to say "Omygosh just take a picture it'll last longer I promise."The girl laughed softly at what I said, I think her name was Jackie or something I wasn't sure though. One of Chloe's friends mentioned her one time.  Luke started talking "Number 1 these are my friends, Jaylin, Rylan and Damon. '' Ah there was the girls name it was Jaylin, Rylan was the one sitting next to me and the other one was Damon.

''Hi," awkward silence "I'm Ashley." I assumed that one of them was dating Jaylin or something because she was just sitting there looking as awkward as all of the rest of us. I smiled at her and she just grinned.  Luke's plate clattered and he stood up to ditch his trey, Dammit now I was stuck here with these people. 

"So.. " Jaylin started "this is awkward. . ." we all just stared at her blankly 

"I like your jacket." she looked surprised for a second but covered it up

"Thanks," she said and moved over to the seat next to me randomly we pretty much talked for the rest of lunch I found out she was in first period with me and most of my after noon classes. I had a feeling we would become friends soon.

I walked into my house and Chloe nearly tackled me, you need your drivers licence " Sooonn!" she was whining at me apparently at one point she drove her moms car with out her permission when she was fourteen and got caught. She couldn't get a licence until she was eighteen. "Well you could've already been able to drive if you weren't so ignorant and got caught."

"ughhhh. . ." she kept groaning like she was dieing because I honestly forgot that I was able to get my licence. 

I sighed inwardly acting like I didn't want to "Okay!" 

"Yes!" I got tackled by Chloes hug 

 This was going to annoy her "No I was just kidding!'' I ran out of my room and ran downstairs into the woods I shifted as soon as I reached the tree line. It didn't hurt as bad anymore only slightly and I could shift faster. I ran doggeing trees and rocks as we ran through the forest I could hear her behind me. "Gotcha!"I was tackled by her wolf and fell on my sliding against the snow slightly. She went and sat on top of me.

I'm Not getting off of you until you say yes No Take Backs! She mind linked me I did a wolfish smile at her

I was joking you dumb ass she got off of me I took of towards the house racing her again. We shifted into humans when we got to the edge of the woods.  Opening the back door to the kitchen I grabbed two water bottles out of the fridge. I tossed one to Chloe she was panting, I was too though so I couldn't really complain that she was lazy but a plus is that I was faster than her in wolf form. 

Chloe tossed her empty water bottle into the sink, "Thirsty Bitch,'' She grinned at me.

"The thirstiest." I laughed at her expression, it was a mix of i'm gonna rape you and I'm crazy look. 

Walking upstairs we decided to watch a movie. I liked scary movies while she hated them with a passion, I wanted to watch a movie about a cereal Santa Claus that went around killing people. When I told her what the movie was about she started screaming at me. She wanted to watch Frozen from Disney but I've seen that movie so many times before.

Let me just say we couldn't agree after twenty minutes of arguing and pissing my mother off at her having a headache and us screaming back and forth. "I want cookies, and cupcakes, and brownies." I told Chloe, we ran downstairs.

"You guys can make something but you have to cook it and only one thing." my mom said happy that we stopped fighting finally, me and Chloe simultaneously groaned, my mom laughed. "

"or you guys can have nothing." me and Chloe ran into the Kitchen at the same time and started fighting again.  A knock sounded at the door I went to see who it was. "Hel- I asked as I opened the door I was cut off something hit me in the face with a high amount of force my world went black.
