A/N: Well, we're halfway through the Reach Campaign and I got a really good plan during the playthrough of CE and especially 2.

An hour had passed and everyone is back in the room. Everyone looked at Lubbock, who had a circle shaped scar on his chest. He then told everyone that it was a punishment for him by the monitor for peeping on the girls, which made everyone either pinched their bridge of their noses or even facepalm. The girls, just gave him a death glare.

The monitor soon appeared a bit happy as she teleported. Which the people of the spot spring incident knew about.

"Reclaimers! I have got some good new for you." She started. "My pet has arrived."

Everyone except the people at the incident were confused by that. "What pe—Oh jeez!" Wave was about to say when something so hideous appeared.

The monitor knew why they were all acting like that. "I know that you're all in disgust. But I can tell you that it's really friendly." The Huragok went up to Kurome and it immediately hugged to Kurome, which she responded by patting it on its head. Bols was next and Run was the last one to pat.

"What is this creature?" Run asked.

"It is called a Huragok or simply known as the Engineers. They are biological supercomputers created by the Forerunners. And also former slaves of the Covenant." The monitor informed them, which made everyone feel guilty of the suffering that they had to go through.

"Well, since you told us, why won't we go to the next mission?" Tatsumi said as he picked up the controller that controls Noble 6. Mine, Lubbock and Mez wanted to go since this mission could be really fun, but to make things more fun was that Tatsumi changed the difficulty to legendary, since everyone knew that a DMR and a plasma pistol is the best option to kill a shielded enemy. The monitor suggested that they used the CATCH skull for a "much easier experience."

August 13, 2552 20:07 Hours

Screen fades into a dust cloud as a Scarab walks by.

Auntie Dot: "Our foe is more devious than we imagined. That spire was indeed a teleporter linked to a cloaked, Covenant supercarrier... A grave threat."

"It does." Wave agreed.

"Hope that they don't come here." Najenda said as she was fully aware that no one will survive the Covenant onslaught.

Noble Three, Five and Six arrive at a cave, Jorge carrying a large briefcase. The Scarab can be heard firing its main gun in the background.

Auntie Dot: "Thankfully, help is imminent. Sixty percent of the UNSC fleet is en route to Reach from existing deployments. The first battle group should arrive within forty-eight hours."

"Yeah, there's no way that they can arrive in time." Tatsumi agreed.

Jorge tosses the briefcase at Emile's feet.

Warrant Officer Jun-A266: "Forty-eight hours? (removes his helmet) That's imminent?"

"It is." The group said in unison.

Jun wipes off glowing ash from Jorge's shoulder pauldron.

Jun-A266: "Uh-oh. Who's your money on this time?"
