The room was dark and damp. The only source of light that came in the room was a small window on the far top of a wall. There was only a chair and a table in the left corner. As Namjoon tried to comprehend what had happened, he remembered that he was in the coffee shop and then everything went blank. He observed the room and found that there wasn't much in the room that he could use to escape from there. Was he the only one they had? He gasped as he realised that Miseok could be with them as well. He silently sent a prayer to the heavens and hoped that he was the only one there.

As he tried to get up, he realised that something was holding him back by his legs. When he looked at his leg, there was a black hue on his legs. He tried as hard as he could to get out of the bounds, but he couldn't do anything to tem. They didn't even budge. He lay there on the floor waiting for someone to come. His throat was getting drier as the time went by. He didn't if it had been minutes or hours since he woke up. Time seemed like an alien concept to him. As much as it was nerve wracking, it was also boring to sit around and wait for someone to come and do whatever they wanted.

Finally, all the waiting came to an end when the door opened. Namjoon sat up for the guests. There was a man who seemed to be in his 70s followed by Wooin. Namjoon sighed, "Really? All this for some useless investment?"

"It isn't useless." The old man's voice rumbled through the walls. "The experiment we do is very important. It will change humanity once and for all. It make them stronger and mi-"

He stopped in the middle when he heard Namjoon snickering. Namjoon stopped laughing and looked at him, "Sorry. Continue. You were saying?"

"You think this all is a joke?" The old man screamed angrily. "Do you know what we do? We try to be equivalent to the other creatures that live among us. I am trying to save humanity from it's downfall. I am trying to create wizards from humans so that they can protect themselves."

Namjoon chuckled, "Who are you even scamming. You can scam this person behind you. I am sure he agreed to be turned into a wizard. But you can't scam me."

Wooin sighed, "We know who your boyfriend is. But he won't be able to find this place. It is well hidden."

"He is weak anyways." The old man smirked, "The little king of yours is too weak to fight against me."

A bead of sweat broke from Namjoon's forehead. Seokjin was his only key to get out of this situation. But he was in the guild. And no one knew he was here.

The old man grumbled, "This time, he won't be able to fail my motives. He took his son with him. And I lost my first experiment."

Namjoon's eyes went wide. Yoongi. He just hoped that Yoongi wouldn't come here to him. He didn't want Yoongi to go through the trauma again. He closed his eyes, "What do you want?"

The old man smirked, "I like this version of you. Nervous, obedient. If you had agreed to give us money, this would have ended easily." He looked at Wooin, "Bring that bastard in."

Wooin nodded and told someone to bring a man in the room. When he was brought, Namjoon gasped, "Appa."

The old man laughed, "Oh, you still remember him." He tossed some papers towards Namjoon, "This man who you call appa promised me that if we make you transfer the company to him, he will invest as much as we want. It is a win-win situation. Isn't it?"

Namjoon looked at Mr Kim with disgust. He hated the fact that he was this man's son. He closed his eyes as a teardrop fell from his eye. "I won't sign it."

"What?" The old man was shocked. But then he started laughing. I think you are still taking this lightly. Wooin, show him what will happen if he doesn't comply."

Wooin's eyes turned white. They were devoid of iris. He raised a hand in the air and then clenched his fist. It became hard for Namjoon to breathe. It felt like someone was squeezing the air out of his lungs. He couldn't even scream. He clenched at his chest and curled into a ball trying to make the pain end. But it continued to grow.

When he thought that he would live anymore, the pain stopped. He huffed and gasped for as much air as he could get into his lungs. He sniffled and tried to swipe the sweat off of his nose. When his hand came into his vision, it was covered in blood. He was bleeding through his nose and mouth.

"Will you sign, or not?" The old man repeated.

Namjoon huffed and remembered why he was there. He gulped, "I wi- I will not sign it. Do wh-" He coughed a little blood, "Do whatever you want."

The old man clicked his tongue, "How loyal. You will die because of your loyalty towards that weakling."

Namjoon looked at the old man and smirked, "I don't care."

The old man was fuming in anger. He looked at Wooin and nodded. Wooin repeated his action from before, but this time, the impact was bigger. Namjoon howled in pain and coughed a lot of blood on the floor.

Suddenly, the floor started shivering. It felt like an earthquake. The old man gasped, "Wooin, what is happening?"

Wooin stopped torturing Namjoon and looked around, "Someone is breaking the barrier."

The earth stopped trembling for a few minutes before a huge thunder. The barrier broke.

"Come out of your little hole, gae sakkiya!"
