Episode Ten - Fated Battle

Tsuzuki kicks Ryu back - he blocks it with his sword, skitting against the ground, standing straight once again. "I must admit Ryu, this power up is quite surprising!" Tsuzuki says, "you didn't let the last half year go to waste!"  Ryu chuckles, throwing his blade at Tsuzuki. It splits into several smaller blades, all of which spin and zip at him, he deflects many of the blows, but is caught several times, blood gushes from the wounds. 

He growls, pulling his hands together, then throws them out, a giant gust of energy shatters the blades into particles. The battle between the two fated warriors seemed equal, the power gap miniscule enough to warrant questions for those who observe. Ryu grins, throwing his hand forward, snapping it back, his sword bursts into his hand once again. Tsuzuki scoffs, "you're not going all out are you?!" 

Ryu charges at Tsuzuki, drawing his blade back. He thrusts, cutting his side as he evades, nearly missing a lethal blow. Tsuzuki growls, grabbing Ryu's face, headbutting him. Stunned, Ryu staggers, leaving himself open. Tsuzuki kicks him back, sending him flying into a wall, a crack forms. Tsuzuki pulls his fists back, punching out afterwards, sending shockwave after shockwave. Ryu pulls his sword up, blocking the blows, deflecting. Tsuzuki's aura flares a dark red. He goes for one final punch, thrusting with all of his might.

The shockwave turns blood red as it reaches Ryu. His eyes widen. It collides, exploding on impact, sending the warrior flying through the town, and back up into the forest above. He flips himself around before falling to the ground, picking up dirt as he slows himself down. He stands, panting slightly. He looks into the sky, panting, narrowing his eyes. His eyes widen, he is suddenly struck across the face, sending him through the trees, knocking down hundreds before he falls into a large, open field. He crashes into the ground, a crater surrounds him on his impact.

He coughs, standing up, shaking his head. Tsuzuki lands a ways before him, bumping his fists against eachother. Ryu sighs, standing up, "you didn't gain this power from feasting alone, did you?" Tsuzuki shakes his head, "no. I trained with my greatest allies and formed a bond strength could never break - and it made me all the much stronger." Tsuzuki reaches into his pockets, pulling out two brace knuckles. He equips them, a surge of energy flows through his body. He takes a deep breath.

Suddenly, he shouts with all of his might, his power and energy surge and his aura grows red. The area sweeps with energy and wind, building up around Ryu, who was blocking his eyes with his arm. He chuckles, "this'll be interesting." Tsuzuki stands tall, his power now eclipses Ryu's, this boost of power was a transformation of sorts. His hair raised, half of his body was completely black, a red, shining eye glows through the darkness. "Behold, the power gifted to me by the demons like us!"  

Ryu sweats nervously, his hands tremble slightly. "If I hadn't gained power of my own, I would probably be dead meat right now," he says, clinching his fists, calming himself. Tsuzuki grins, "why, of course...you're still hiding something." Ryu nods, "of course, I don't want this to end right now, now do I?" He vanishes. Tsuzuki's eyes dart around, suddenly focusing on one spot. He throws his hand forward, streaks of darkness shoot from his body. Ryu appears, he evades each streak, sliding against the ground as he lands. He kicks off the ground with great force, charging at the dark demon. He evades the continuous stream of attacks coming from Tsuzuki, kicking off the ground, scattering himself across the battlefield.

He jumps high into the air, summoning another magical blade in his other hand. Tsuzuki glances up, a bloody red grin shines through the darkness. He shouts, tentacle like attacks swipe up at Ryu. He counters by slicing through the darkness, cutting it apart, falling through with more attacks. He pulls his swords back, slashing them down with full strength, cutting through all of the darkness, a massive crater forms in the ground.
