Chapter 29

Adrianna's POV:

I woke up the next morning feeling slightly relieved that dan doesn't blame me. We talked a lot and I finally hung up when I needed to go to dinner.

I made my way down to the kitchen to see the rest of my family, upon my arrival they all looked up and smiled.

My mind was still confused on why my dad said Aiden left yesterday in a rush and seemed mad. He never got to my room so he must if got a call or something. I still am planning to go over this this morning.

It's around 9ish and I think he will be away so I make my way to the door. I see my dad and Alessandro standing by the door.

"I'm going to Aiden's" I announce and both of them turn to look at me.

"Listen Adr-" my dad starts but I cut him off, I don't need their pathetic excuses so I just choose to leave.

I walk down the street until I get to the house Nico and Jay are living in. I don't bother going in but instead, just grab one of my cars and drive towards Aiden's.

I find it easier leaving my cars there, that way I don't have to explain to my family why I have all these expensive cars, I can't exactly just be like 'yeah I'm a murderer like you guys except everyone in the world thinks we are monsters and you probably do too so I will take my leave.'

One day they will know, and I just pray that they don't think differently of me. I want to make a difference, I am. Not in the way people would like but we are getting rid of the rapists, sex traffickers the true monsters. I don't think I could deal with abandonment again.

I stop outside his apartment and get out of the car going into the building. I get to his floor and find the door, luckily he has a large apartment on his own floor. I hope he's here though, he could always be at one of his mafia's houses and I can't deal with looking in loads of places.

I knock on the door waiting for an answer.

Aiden's POV:

I woke up next to a girl naked, looking at her face my mind filled with dread when it isn't my girlfriend next to me. I remember everything, the alcohol barely affected me but I shouldn't have cheated too, I should of let her explain.

I grab some jogging bottoms and make my way to the door of my bedroom, glancing at the girl in my bed again I groan in annoyance. She isn't even that pretty.

I get to the kitchen and grab a drink and some bread to make some toast as there is a knock at the door. I roll my eyes as I look at the time seeing it's only 9.30 am. Do people not know timings.

I open the door and my breath gets caught in my throat seeing Adrianna standing in front of me. She looks amazing as always and the guilt starts to rise in me again.

"What are you doing here?" my voice comes out harsher than I wanted and she looked taken aback in how I talked to her.

"You're my boyfriend, I can come to see you can't I" she questions looking confused. My mind goes back to hearing her cheat on me and anger rises in me.

"You cheated so we aren't dating" I snap rather harshly and she just looks utterly confused.

"I didn-" she gets cut off as the girl suddenly appears in the room wearing one of my tops and nothing else.

"Baby?" the girl behind questions and I groan at her voice, it's horrible. I turn back to Adrianna and for once she has all her emotions down, I can see the heartbreak in her eyes and what shocks me is when the tear rolls down her cheek.

She puts her hands behind her head and fiddles with something before pulling off the necklace I gave her when I was younger. She hands it out to me with tears streaming down her face, I rarely see her cry, she has always been strong.

I slowly take it from her, the pain in my heart increasing as she turns to leave, I look down at the necklace in my hand again before I grab my keys going after the girl I love.

"FUCK" I yell as I see her nowhere in sight, my heart rate increases as I look around in the hope to see her somewhere.

Petrov POV:

"This wasn't part of the plan" my son yells at me just because I killed two useless people in hopes of breaking my маленький монстp more.

"I would shut up if I were you boy, you know your mission and I would stick to it. You wouldn't want to end up like little Alek in the basement would you?" I snarl at the boy in front of me.

"No sir" he mutters in defeat making me smirk.

"Good, now get out" once he leaves I groan in annoyance, I don't know why I haven't killed that boy yet, he was a bastard child, my wife was pregnant with my second kid after Alek and then this woman comes out with a child. Both women dead and now I have two stupid children no one would want with them.

I get up and walk down to the basement to meet my other son, this one is a little shit. Wants to act like a brat because I killed his mum in front of him, little bitch can't handle blood and refuses to help get my маленький монстр back because she refused to shoot him when she was little.

I get into his cell and crouch down in front of his bloodied body tilting his chin to meet my cold eyes.

"Are you ready to obey now or do I get your brother to continue," I spit at him.

"Fuck you, she saved my life, he should be ashamed of acting like her friend to hurt her" he spits back at me causing me to chuckle before leaving his cell locking him back in the dark.
