Tubbo slowly opened the old metal door, peering inside. Why had Phil sent him here? He didn't understand what he was meant to do. Maybe if he-

"Hello Tubbo." He jumped at the sound of the robotic cat's voice and turned to see it sitting in the cell, just as small as when he first saw it.

"Uh, hi..." He murmered, trying to ignore it.

"Phil sent you here, eh?"

Tubbo hesitated before nodding.

"Come here. Don't worry, I'm not gonna hurt ya', kid, I just wanna do a little experiment."

Tubbo felt himself leaning down almost unconsciously, as if he knew he had to.

Suddenly, he heard a voice in the distance, almost like a growl. He looked around, but couldn't see who could be making the noise. Every creature except that cat had been moved to other cells, or... he didn't want to think about it.

"So, not a dog, eh?"

What? What does he mean, not a dog? What is he-

Tubbo jumped in surprise and clutched his ears a high-pitched whistling noise appeared out of nowhere, blocking out every other sound.

He thought he would go deaf, but after a moment he realised he could hear the cat's voice.

"Oooh, I'm getting closer, ain't I?"

What the actual fuck was happening?

He prepared for another stinging sound, but instead gasped as he heard what seemed like an actual voice.

But not a human one.

H-hel-lo?

It was weak and the speaker often stammered, as if they struggled talking. It was almost a robotic sound.

He-l-l-lo Tub-bo.

Tubbo stared at the cat.

Is it you? He asked in a much clearer and well practised Bee-speak.

Y-yes. So-o I was r-r-right. You'r-re a hybri-id.

Yes. Tubbo said. I'm a bee hybrid. How did you know?

I'm a robot, d-d-dumbass. The cats snarled. I wasn't sure, but I can see things you can't, and I assumed.

Well, you were right. Tubbo muttered.

Returning to his normal lamguage, Tubbo sat up. "Did Phil ask you to do this?" He asked nervously.

"Yup." The cat seemed kind of frustrated, but not at him.

"Are you gonna tell him?"

"Of course I am, ya' bee-brain!" The cat seemed annoyed, leaping to its paws, then sat down again, giggling at his own pun. "Bee-brain. Get it? 'Cuz your a bee?"

Tubbo didn't share his amusement. "Oh, please don't tell him! I'll get captured!" He said frantically.

"Calm down, you idiot!" The cat huffed. "Honestly, I thought you would have figured it out by now!"

"Figured what out?"

"Philza. Is. A. Hybrid. TOO!" Tubbo jumped back in surprise as it shouted the last word, sounding like it was yelling through a megaphone.

"Arn't we being recorded?" He hissed.

"Nah." The cat said. "These were the first cells made, back when they didn't do that. They could install cameras here, but I guess they think I'm not that dangerous." It gave Tubbo a toothy grin, fluffing up its fur.

Tubbo paused, taking in the information he was just given. "So, Phil's a hybrid too?

"I said that, idiot."

"What about Wilbur?"

"Wilbur..." The cat stared into the distance, as if trying to remember. "Oh, you mean Phil's son? Yeah, he is, and his brothers, too."

"Philza has kids?" Some how he couldn't imagine that.

"Yeah!" The cat said. "Wil, Techno... and Tommy."

~~~~~
"Phil? Where's Tommy?" Tubbo ran up to his mentor. "He's not in his cell?"
"You went there alone?" Philza looked surprised, then shook his head. "Eh, nevermind. You'll see him tomorrow, mate."
"Tomorrow? Why?"
"He's doing testing now." Phil gave his apprentice a suspicious glance. Why did he want to see that murderous raccoon boy so badly?
"What kind of testing?" Tubbo demanded. "Will he get hurt?"
"He'll be fine." Philza insisted, getting frustrated. "Why do you care?"
"Why don't you care?"
Philza stared at his apprentice, a mix of shock and annoyance in his face. Tubbo got the message and left, leaving him alone in the hallway. That asshole cat, what did he tell him?
He rushed to the 'MOBS #1' door and shoved it open, ignoring the loud bang as it hit the wall.
"Oooh, someones angry." The cat chuckled.
"What happened?" Philza whirled around to face it.
"Alright, alright, I'll tell you!" The cat huffed, sitting down and facing Philza. "So first of all, your apprentice is a bee hybrid. Yay. He started freaking out so I told him you were a hybrid, and-"
"Get on with it." Philza snarled.
"Jeez, be patient!" The cat meowed. "As I was saying, I told him about you, then he asked about Wilbur, and I, I told him he's also a hybrid, and so are his brothers, oh and I also mentioned that they're your sons." The cat smirked.
"Fucking hell." Philza muttered. "He knows about Tommy."
"He doesn't know everything about Tommy." The cat added mischievously. "I didn't tell Tubbo about what you did to him."
He glared at the cat, who was grinning again, showing all of its shiny, weirdly white teeth. "I didn't have a choice. I was doing my job."
"Oh, but you did!" The cat hissed, clearly enjoying Philza's frustration. "And sooner or later, Tubbo's gonna find out, no matter what you do about it."
Philza opened the door, muttering "shut up" under his breath before slamming it behind him.
The cat chuckled. "Poor, poor Philza. Maybe if he decides to let me out, I could help him." It thought about this for a moment before shrugging. "Nah. I'd just kill 'em all. He knows that."
Two chapters in one day? Wow, this is the most productive I've ever been. Might write a third one, too.
