The floor was moving like tidal waves. The walls were moving towards one another as if they wanted to squeeze him in between. The ceiling was jumping up and down like it was playing on a trampoline—why is the world spinning?

Beomgyu wore his half-lidded eyes as he dragged his wobbly legs to the direction of his condo. He heard a barely audible voice echoing beside him before feeling his arm be lifted up and soon enough, he was using the presence beside him for support.

"Careful," The deep voice was more clearer this time. Beomgyu hummed and when he felt his body giving up, he gripped on the other's sleeve.

It was a challenge. He felt like he went through different obstacles on the corridor. His whole body was heating up, beads of sweat were prickling down the back of his head, and his energy was slowly drowning.

But he can't stop himself from grinning too hard. He giggled to himself when he's only three steps away from his beloved condo.

Yep, he is totally drunk.

And when he's drunk, he's confident of saying things.

They finally stopped in front of his home.

"Beomgyu, give it to me." The man, who he still can't comprehend his identity, said.

Beomgyu peered up to him. His cheeks were red and his lips were formed into an adorable pout. A hiccup escaped from those lips so he giggled once again like a child.

"Give you what?"

"Keys."

Upon hearing that, Beomgyu threw him a teasing look. He looked at him, slowly recognizing his face when the blurriness subsided.

And his lips tugged up in a smirk when he finally recognized him.

"Taehyun," he murmured and touched the guy's nose, letting the pad of his finger slide down his smooth cheek until it stopped under his chin. Beomgyu leaned closer and lifted his chin up ever so slightly, "You're giving me such a hard time. I know you're interested in me. But aren't you being... fast?"

"What? Beomgyu, you're drunk. We need to get you inside so you can have rest. So, give me your keys."

Beomgyu released a sultry chuckle, "Why would you want my kiss?"

Taehyun chuckled a bit, rose clouds forming in his cheeks, "I– um, I just explained it to you."

Beomgyu stepped closer but he tripped on his own foot. He yelped and ended up clutching tighter at the other's shirt. He met his gaze, witnessing how his lashes flutter every time he blinks. He felt a pair of hands holding his waist.

Beomgyu smirked as his eyes travelled down to Taehyun's lips, "You're... brave."

"What do you mean?" Taehyun murmured, his breath fanning against Beomgyu's lips.

"I mean, you're not scared of being exposed," Beomgyu began, "You're here being this close to another boy without thinking that someone might see us."

Taehyun frowned, "Why would I be scared?"

Beomgyu closed his eyes and leaned his forehead to Taehyun's as he whispered, "Because... society is shit. And people like us should be scared of them."

It's the alcohol that's controlling his entire body and Beomgyu, perhaps, won't remember this moment, but letting that out of his chest brought him some kind of relief he didn't know he needed.

"Beomgyu..." Taehyun whispered. Beomgyu stared at his lips that seemed to be calling his.

Beomgyu caressed his face and murmured, "Do you still want my kiss?"

It was silent yet it was hot. Beomgyu can hear their shaky breaths and the faint heartbeats. He can feel Taehyun's heating skin through his palm. The hands' grip that were snaking around his waist went tighter.

And just like that, Beomgyu found himself leaning in closer and closer. Their lips were close on touching each other.

Until Taehyun spoke.

"Let's get you home."

Something is burning.

Beomgyu woke up at the smell of smoke hitting his nostrils. He stared at his midnight ceiling, blinked once to adjust his vision, and slowly processed what's happening inside his aching head.

He lied in his bed for a couple of seconds and took a swiff of air, that's when he finally realized.

Burnt smell and smoke, these could only mean a thing.

He widened his eyes and screamed, "Fire!"

He quickly got up from his bed and practically sprinted towards his kitchen, only to froze in his spot once he saw who was in his kitchen.

Beomgyu gasped, "Taehyun?!"

The said boy, who was busy cooking something, turned to glance at him, "Oh, Beomgyu. Good morning."

Beomgyu has his mouth dropped, "How did you get in here?"

"You don't remember anything from last night?" Taehyun asked with his attention on the food he's cooking.

"Last night?" Beomgyu stared at Taehyun's broad shoulders as his mind drifted back from the events last night.

He recalled being in Ryujin's 'mini' party and how he met Taehyun in her balcony. They shared drinks and stories and the rest... was vague.

But he was smart to connect the dots.

"Did you guide me home? I'm sorry," Beomgyu said as he sat on the dining table, secretly amazed at the sight of the other cooking breakfast.

Taehyun transferred the cooked dishes into a clean plate and served the food for him, "It's fine."

Beomgyu sent him a small smile and tucked his long strand of hair beneath his ear, "You didn't have to do this. I'm bothering you too much. Did you sleep in here?"

"No, no it's fine." Taehyun chirped and added, "And yes, I spent my night in here. I hope you don't mind."

"That's the least thing I can do," Beomgyu replied before chewing his food.

Silence invaded the two of them but it was a comfortable one. They were both enjoying the meal as the time slowly pass by.

Beomgyu stole a glimpse of him, watching Taehyun wiped his lips with a napkin.

He still wondered what happened after they left the party.

But he guessed it's better to not remember it at all.
