Oh, he didn't see that coming.

Beomgyu had to admit that he's caught off guard by his question. They are still looking at each other; Taehyun had his lips tugged up into a smirk while Beomgyu forced himself to smile. Clearly, he doesn't know what to say at this moment.

He isn't sure on what he's thinking. Lots of thoughts continue to cloud his mind whilst the time continue to flow. Can somebody explain why is he suddenly asking this? It wasn't written in their script! Was it really because he's just curious in his status or does he, perhaps, has a different... motive?

Was he planning to flirt?!

Wait... that would make sense since this guy has been checking him out, right?

Or was he just assuming things?

The cameras were still on and since Beomgyu can't bring his brain to work properly, he said what comes to his mind.

"Why do you want to know?" He asked as he narrowed his eyes at his guest, not letting himself to lose at the heated eye contact battle.

Taehyun shrugged, "I'm just wondering."

Beomgyu forced a chuckled and decided to lighten up the mood by saying, "Oh, and here I thought you're about to ask me out."

And that joke made things more awkward. Fuck, why did he let his lips move without even thinking? Ugh, this is so embarrassing!

Taehyun had this smug look at his face that Beomgyu badly wanted to wipe off. He chuckled a bit before answering him with another question that he wasn't expecting.

"And if I do?"

Beomgyu just questioned his whole existence. He felt his whole face heating up at his reply. After looking at him for a few seconds, he decided to avert his gaze and cleared his throat. The silence in the studio was getting louder that time until the director spoke.

"We're definitely gonna edit that out."

The shoot ended. The crew clapped their hands while Beomgyu bowed to them, thanking them for their hard work.

Beomgyu turned to his guests, directly looking at Haneul as he said, "Thank you so much for being our guests! It's such an honor."

Haneul smiled, "Thank you for taking care of us. We hope to see you again."

Beomgyu nodded and watched her walked out the stage, probably on her way to the dressing room. Now, it was just him and Taehyun, awkwardly standing in front of each other.

Beomgyu glanced at him, catching Taehyun looking at him with a blank space as if he's waiting for him to speak. Beomgyu nibbled on his bottom lips as he said, "Thank you for your hardwork. It was fun working with you."

Taehyun smiled, turning into sweetheart again, "Thank you for inviting us. Please, invite us again. I really love your show."

Beomgyu sent him a nod and faked a chuckle. Taehyun's eyes were still glued at him, making the situation to be more awkward.

Beomgyu's mind drifted back to the scene earlier. Gosh, that was... perhaps, a rollercoaster. He never get flustered whenever someone was trying to throw a pick-up line or compliment him. But then, for the first time in his life, it happened and it's because of a guy!

But he's pretty sure that was just an act.

Why can't he move on from that?

"You looked troubled," Taehyun commented.
