*Fuzz's POV*

It's been at least an hour an a half since I left the pound with this random she-cat. My legs hurt, but I know that if I push myself I'll make it to the cat who can help.

"So, what's your name anyways?" I asked the she-cat, my voice full of curiosity.

"The name's Turtle." She meowed, and I chuckled.

"What kinda of name is that?" I responded, trying to sound as polite as possible.

"Well, what's your name, smart guy?" She shot back, a hint of playfulness in her tone.

"Fuzz," I said proudly. She laughed.

"Fuzz? I guess we both have stupid names then." She teased, and I laughed. I didn't want to admit that I liked her name. Turtle seems like a nice name...

"We're almost there," Turtle said, and I heard her skid to a stop. "Stop and get down!" She hissed, and I crouched to the ground.

"I could've sworn I saw her here," I heard a tom meow. I held my breath.

"Frisky, you fool! She couldn't be here." Another voice growled. "It reeks of dog in this area."

I realized that that 'dog' was me. I smelled like a dog!

"Come on, Milo, they're here, I'm sure!" Frisky shot back. "We'll please Han if we find the rascal! Maybe he'll even like us more." I heard a yowl, and I guessed that Milo had scratched Frisky in the face.

"Han won't be pleased to smell any fox-dung dogs!" Milo snarled. "The place is clear. Let's move." I heard them walk away, and I felt Turtle get up.

"What was that about?" I whispered.

"They're after me," Turtle whispered back. "I'm not exactly the most popular person around here. Unless you count being wanted." I blinked.

"Wanted?" I echoed, confused. Turtle tried to change the subject.

"We're nearly there," she meowed. "This cat can help you, I promise!"

Turtle started to walk off, and I followed her.

What have I gotten myself into?
