Narcissa woke up after few hours, she was starving and she head to the kitchen to make herself a sandwich. The mansion included many elves but she missed doing things by her own like her meat and mustard sandwich that reminded her of childhood.

She entered the kitchen, she smelled some rotten tomatoes , and something like a garbage bin .. she felt disgusted.
She moved on until she saw the huge mess in the kitchens!
The place was a complete horror .. filthy , greasy and the fresh food is mixed with expired food! The stove was totally black like it never knew scrubbing, the curdled milk bottles were everywhere, and the young elf was coming from the market bringing new food and drinks and place them carelessly near this dirt.
The walls to the ceilings were covered with mold , and the flys were over the bread without any covers.
Narcissa gasped in shock , and she closed her nose out of disgust!
How could the elves be so dirty? Clearly no one was supervising the kitchens that why the smell and the poison hazard was to the extreme. No wonder why Sirius is sick , and the other inhabitants doesn't eat so much .. the place is death experience.

She couldn't think of anything, it wasn't her house.. or was it? She couldn't tell Walburga because she will hang the elves nearby the elves corpse in her staircase.
Molly? Nah she will kill Sirius.
She decided to do this secretly, with Ginny !
She yelled at the elves : stop this fucking mess no food will be cooked today , what the hell is this gross kitchen! "

The elves froze in their places , their eyes went wide and stared at the counter top of the kitchen like there is nothing at all .
" what is it ma'am? " One of the elves asked
" what the fuck is this? Is this even safe for human consumption? " she pointed at the wooden board where they shop meat, the green mold was doing a colony.
She immediately ran to the stairs and hurried to her friend.
Ginny was brushing her teeth lazily at the bathroom, until she heard a big knock
" Ginny, come quick you must see this ! "
She ran without fully clean the toothpaste, and shouted out of horror of what she saw in that kitchen.
" Blimey! I was eating from here in the last three damn years ! "
Narcissa cried : " yes , we all did "
" Cissy , this requires muggles cleaning .. our spells will do nothing "

And Ginny showed her wand and casted many cleaning spells , but the spell either rebounded or barely cleaned a bit.
They decided not to let the elves do anything, and ran to a muggle grocery store in London.
" but Ginny , I don't know anything about muggles stuff, me and mom just grab some food and we leave "

" leave it on me " Said Ginny while grabbing a basket.. " mom is addicted to house Borax , I think she suffers from Eczema because of it .. she worships it "

The weasely girl grabbed large towels , and rough scrubbing sponge and House hold Borax that Mrs.Weasely and all old mothers choose so they can approve any cleaning recipe , and ten bottles of bleach with big bag of salt and lemon.. the grocery costumers stared at them with weary faces, the amount of cleaning products they put in was enough to clean a school, that's why they shifted from basket to trolley.
" wait ! " Narcissa said.. " we should buy food ! Haven't you see the dirt? We can't eat that food anymore "
But the trolley was already full .. " You grab a one main course Ingredients so we cook it tonight for dinner , and we would inform Sirius later " Ginny suggested, " quickly before our turn come to pay"
Narcissa followed an old woman who shopped for what seems like a roasted chicken, she bought the same ingredients as her , and added some ready mix spices with vegetables , ready made Penne Cotta in plastic cups , some fruits for decorating the desserts later.

" really? A chicken and Ready made Penne cotta for dessert? " Ginny laughed at the basket , nothing made sense at all.
" that's better than the elves gross soup could poison us one day "
Once they arrived to the kitchen , they ordered the elves to throw all the food and empty all the storages.
They started to scrub everything with salt and detergent , and Narcissa added the bleach with hot water to all the surfaces her eyes would meet, Ginny instructed the elves how to wipe and clean the shelves, and changed all the baskets that's contained mold.

The elves coughed heavily from the Borax and Bleach smell.. but this is the only way to rescue the situation.
" you shall do what I learned you to do every single day , I already showed you whats rotten food look like don't you dare and forget a word. Because me and Narcissa are visiting suddenly later , if we found out something is wrong you will wish you never born !" Ginny Shouted at them.
One of the young elves was scrubbing the cauldron with vinegar and salt , and the other one was cleaning the stoves , while Narcissa was finally made a good space for making the dinner.
After four long hours , they finally finished cleaning this scandal.. this crime against human immune and digestive system .
Narcissa went to her Bath Tub lazily after a long day of panicking.
She wondered what would Sirius think about this?
She planned to tell him after the dinner .. She will never say such a thing to him when he is hungry or back from his work.. so he won't slaughter the elves.
She was clever enough to plan for the way of telling him what is happening inside his house .. without actually knowing him really much.
She sank deeply, enjoying her bath and playing her music.
