I thought,

No. I wished that my little prank would scare Cole away and get him to leave me alone. Even if it wasn’t confirmed that it was me I still thought he’d get the hint.

Yet here we are.

Hiding in a classroom with Gracie so that I could avoid seeing him in the hallway. He went back to his old ways from before the party that night, only now it was so much worse.

“This is ridiculous.” Gracie expressed, boosting herself up to sit on a desk.
“Tell me about it.” I muttered as I took a seat beside her.

I hated this. I hated having to wait ten minutes before going back to my dorm, I had places to be and things to do but I was the one who had to go out of there way when he was the one in the wrong, even with his pink hair.

Once the ten minutes were up I had to run up to my dorm and rush to get changed for quidditch practice. I threw on my leggings, trainers and sports bra.

“Gracie!” I called out for my best friend. “Have you seen my quidditch top?” I asked as she poked her head around the corner out of the bathroom.

She shook her head. “No sorry, did you leave it in your locker in the locker room? Didn’t you get changed there after practice before going to hogsmeade the other day?”

Gracie was right, I did leave it there. “Oh my godric, I did!” I exclaimed and went to run out of the door, I was already running late.

“Wait, do you want me to walk down with you? In case you see Cole.” She questioned.

“No I’ll be alright but thank you.” I yelled back at her as I raced down the stairs.

I didn’t think I’d need to put on another shirt, my sports bra was designed so that you didn’t need to wear a top over it but you could if you really wanted to.

Wanting to save time I just didn’t bother looking for one to wear, which I really regretted as I met Cole and his friends in the hallway.

There was no way around them, I couldn’t turn around, they had already seen me.

Wolf whistles began but I just kept my head down and walked past them. “Nice rack!” Cole shouted at me.

I whipped my head around to respond. I didn’t want to admit it but I was a bit afraid of him, not to mention the fact he had all of his friends with him, whereas I was completely alone. “Leave me alone.” I spoke sternly and confidently, even if I was terrified.

A blond boy who I knew was in the year above me stepped forward and tutted. “What a shame to use such a good mouth for something like that, we all know it can do something much more pleasurable.”

The group erupted into laughs and snickers whereas my heart skipped a beat before it began to race. “I don’t know what the hell you are talking about but I am not going to say it again, leave me alone.”

With that I turned on my heels and practically speed walked away from them and when they weren’t able to see me anymore I began to run, not stopping until I reached the quidditch pitch where everyone was waiting for me.

The team this year consisted of me, Rosie and Owen as our chasers, Eric (who was also the captain) and Katrina as our beaters, Charlie as our seeker and Oliver as our keeper.
