pref. ice skating

happy winter for those who live in the northern hemisphere w me :)

he would be shit at it and get extremely frustrated at first until he eventually got the hang of it. if you cant skate either, you can struggle together. if you can, i'm sure you'd find it hilarious the way he has the confidence, but lacks the skill. once he's got the hang of it, he tries to subtly show off his new skill, but ends up on his ass.

mikasa
graceful figure skating goddess after ten minutes of practice. she's never done it before but figures it out instantly and has to hold your hand the whole time to keep you from falling as you attempt to keep up with her. of course, if you're a good ice skater, then you keep up with her just fine and you guys are that one couple people watch skate because they make it look easy.

it's safe to say he's a bit of a mess at first because he's nervous about it, but he gets the hang of it. you guys probably have to keep each other up most of the time if you're not good at it either, but you both find it just as fun as you'd imagined. for those of you who do skate with grace, he's in awe at how you manage to pull off such a feat.

not sure why but i'm fairly certain he's been skating before. it just seems like something he'd know how to do. of course, he's not great at it, but he knows the basics. you guys have fun, either you teaching him more complex things and him messing up, or you dragging him around while he tried to keep up.

she falls constantly regardless of whether or not she knows how to ice skate in the first place. if you're not helping her up you're beside her, also having fallen. the second you got the hang of it, you were both trying tricks and challenges significantly above of your skill level.

he probably playfully shoves you the whole time, and you shove back. you guys race over and over again, but both of you cheat and push the other one aside to win. neither of you win, though, because the owner told you you needed to stop or they'd have to kick you out because you two were being a problem.

marco
marco went skating with jean when they were kids, so he also knows what he's doing. the scene is reminiscent of a hallmark movie tbh

annie
annie is good at many things, including ice skating. she wasn't great at it until she applied her knowledge of roller blading/skating, but she got the hang of it. i think annie is great but she probably enjoys skating alone just as much as she enjoys skating with you.

imagine a giraffe on ice skates and you'll get the picture. he falls often, unintentionally taking you down with him. you got him one of those training things but he was too embarrassed so he just hung on to you.

he's not graceful, but he can move... not fast, but he gets there. look, he's trying his best. he boasts about being able to ice skate because he did it once with his mom as a kid, but lo and behold, he can't anymore. even if you're absolute ass at ice skating, you still show him up.

i picture him attempting to walk in the ice skates. as in, picking up his feet and taking whole steps only to get a taste of the ice when he falls. i don't know how bad at this you are, but levi is probably worse and he hates it. i wish you the best of luck teaching him before he loses his iota of patience.

hanji
hanji is absolutely incredible at ice skating. they know tricks and love racing you, whether or not you're skilled at it. their tricks are not the delicate or graceful kind, but the exciting and risky type. like most things, hanji loves ice skating.

pieck
pieck is the type to where long skirts and a coat while skating, making her look stunning as ever. she definitely wouldn't struggle with the basics, and i think she would genuinely enjoy it. maybe not as much as our beloved hanji, but still. im positive pieck would like to hold hands while skating.

yelena
yelena has no choice but to be good at ice skating since she's got such a long way to the ground when she falls. she does the dancey twirly thing with you while skating.
