Mayfield vs. Hyrule

I sighed, I was stuck in this place for what seemed like forever. There were two angry people fighting about which was better, bananas or apples.

"Yeah, but you have to peel it before you can get to it!" Lu said. "Master-"

"Shush!" Harper told him, "We mustn't say his name! She could be listening!" At least they're smart. I thought.

But seriously, it's been a few days now, and I'm still being held captive. Someone should've saved me by now. But now that I was thinking about it, I could save myself. They both had their eyes somewhere else. Maybe I could escape like that.

My hands were tied to the chair, so I couldn't do anything with them. I had to be smart, use my legs.

SKRT.

This chair makes a lot of noise. I thought to myself. But they kept yelling like manics. They didn't hear me move the chair, and the door was just open. It was fate!

I lifted the chair a bit so that maybe it would make less noise.

Slowly but surely, I was starting to move closer and closer towards the door. When I went through the door, Lu and Harper's yelling became distant. Then, and only then did I begin trying to get rid of the rope.

After a lot of fumbling, I had finally gotten the ropes off.

"HEY!" I heard a voice behind me. Uh-oh. I started to run like my life depended on it. Everything was so fast and blurry. It was mostly red and white. It was a rush! But I couldn't care about that now, I had to run.

"STOP IN THE NAME OF MASTER DENISE!"

I gasped at what he had said. I was in shock. I stopped running, and almost tripped.

"BLUE TEAM, come in!" Suddenly a ton of guards surrounded me. "We can talk about this, can't we?" I chuckled nervously.

"Well, well, well. Hello there, Princess."

"DENISE WELLMAN-"

I started, but then was rudely interrupted. "Denise Wellman? No, Princess, Denise Elpton." I was in shock once more. "Oh thank goodness!" I said, happy that Denise wasn't the one behind all this. "But my son, he, does not except his Elpton honor. Goes by that name."

"He's a Junior?!" Elpton nodded, "Denise Elpton Junior. Calls himself Wellman for some odd reason."

I sighed, "Why have you got me here?" I asked him, getting straight to the point.

"It's apart of my plan to lure your little swordsman here, I've been watching. Lola told you, so we had to get it done. I could've killed you, but of course, two kills are always better than one."

"So there was never a revenage plan?" He nodded once, "Never was. You're father was thought of as an honorable man. I was there. When his wicked plans were formed, to destruct my kingdom."

"And which is that?"

"The kingdom of Mayfield. He called war upon us, however, I wouldn't let that happen. Never. My son thinks he is a citizen of Hyrule, so he refuses to help me."

I nodded and was listening, my father was respected everywhere, should I really believe him? I didn't know what to believe anymore. "So, let's get down to business, will you help me betray your father and stab him in the back like he was once did to me?"

"Sure, why not."

Link POV

"It's not working!" I groaned. Denise sighed. "Link, I have to tell you something..." I looked at him, "Sure, what is it, bud?" There was silence, "Denise...? What is it?"

He sighed once more, "I know who has Y/N."

"WHat?! You knew and you never told me?!" I screamed at him in rage. "My father has her."

"WHAT?!"

"I know two of the people that work there, Lu and Harper. The rest are strangers."

"EH?!"

"I know where the hideout is, we can find her before she has any stupid ideas."

"...What the BEEP, man?!"

"Also, they call me sir, they'll listen to me. Totally."

"..." I shook him, "You knew where she was the whole time and you didn't tell me?! This is a lot of information to comprehend!"

"Ok, ok! Can we just go get her now? Before I feel more gulity than I already am."

I nodded and took my hands off of him, "Lead the way then."
