Just a few things before we start if that's okay, you don't need to read this but it's always good to be informed, I suppose.
First, thank you so much for choosing my story, it means a lot to me.
Secondly, if you've read any of my other books I have a habit of already choosing some features for the reader.
It's the same here but instead of choosing one or two, reader will already look a certain way I do have a drawing that my cousin and I made and I put it on the top for you to see.
It's a very lazy drawing, we spend almost three hours 😅 ( Older reader obviously, but a chart of when reader was small, a teen and then older will be on chapter one.) I want to talk about the design so no one is confused.
Lets start with the tattoos; one tattoos are cool and because of reader having such a soft spot for Jinx, she lets her pick or "draw" the tattoos on her skin. Her top; it was inspired by Jinx's top a little bit just different as you can see.
Her pants; my cousin thought having an asymmetrical design wound be cool and add a bit of uniqueness of the character.
And lastly my favorite part are her boots. You can make the heel lower if you want it really doesn't matter, but the heel itself is a blade! Best believe I'm a use it too😌 that's one of her weapons she uses, if you have ideas for any other weapons you can tell me! Older reader won't show up until later in the story so I should be good on taking in your suggestions. Even if you're new and read this book later feel free to leave suggestions as well.
Thirdly, on the topic of reader, she will be kinda like a mutant of her own. My cousin and I just decided the Silco just one day asked himself what would happen if he mixes human DNA with an animal's DNA and we got reader! So she'll have animal ears and a tail as well as animal instincts. Some thing she does of normal behavior for the animal she will be, even if it doesn't necessarily is "normal" for humans (like pawing, grooming others, having naturally long sharp nails things like that.)
Fourthly, Jinx and reader's relationship is gonna be a kinda toxic one, I suppose, to everyone else that is, to them it works. So a lot of that sort of thing will be mentioned, think of Joker and Harley Quinn just with two harleys 😂. (Manipulation, threatening, slight mention of suicide.) Jinx isn't mentally okay because of her trauma and reader just has an obsession and will do anything for Jinx, even if that means she will die in the process.
And Jinx will do anything to keep reader with her, if that means killing people that she thinks will take her away she will do it. But if you're not okay with reading that sort of thing please don't read this book. If you're good that's fine. I just don't want to cause any negative effects, that's not what I want to do at all.
