All a trick.

(Y/n) was letting Jinx hold her hand and walk them to an open and high up tower to light the smoke alarm. But she was hit with something hard when Jinx suddenly stops as if realizing something. "Ow. Jinx. Warning." (Y/n) rubs her nose and glares at the girl before letting out a gasp surprisingly when Jinx quickly turns around and holds her shoulders.

"I kissed you!"

"Huh?"

"I kissed you." Jinx repeated. She had a huge smile on her face and the feline can almost see her eyes sparkle and with hearts. "And you kissed back, oh my—you kissed me back, you're officially mine right? Right?"

The feline tilts her head as she watches this pure energy she's giving off and gives her a smile. "Are you asking?"

"I'm confirming."

"Isn't kissing back confirming it?" Jinx nods her head eagerly as (Y/n) lets her process those words as if a switch flickers in her mind and gasps and pulls the feline in an embrace.

"You're mine! You're finally mine."

"Finally?" (Y/n) asks, Jinx pulling away and taking her hand again and walking up the stairs to the tall tower.

"For a few years now I've been wanting you to be my girlfriend but I was too chicken." Jinx giggles, making the other girl nod slowly and look over the city from the tower.

Jinx slowly let's go of her hand and takes the stone from her pocket and looks at it before glancing at the smoke alarm, almost contemplating over her decision. She glances to the side to see (Y/n) looking forward at the city, her hair swinging back at the gentle wind.

(Y/n) sighs taking in the scene and turns to the other girl seeing her already looking at her with slight conflict in her eyes. The feline gives her a reassuring smile and gestures to the smoke alarm with her head. She wraps her arm around Jinx's waist and her head on her shoulder, Jinx taking a breath and wrapping her arm around the feline's shoulder taking a hold of the trigger.

'Wherever you are, light it up and I'll find you.'

In one swift move Jinx pulls the trigger and holds it up high, (Y/n) watching the blue and pink smoke mixing together to create a purple color as she tries to hear or see anything.

Jinx closes her eyes and holds the smoke alarm, Mylo and Claggor appearing beside her, both reflecting the young teen's emotions; pain and hope. Pain of what she's been through these years and hope for her sister to return to her.

A little further away, Violet and Caitlyn are running away from Silco's crew after having an encounter with the man himself and demanding for her sister that she would take her back and stop him from hurting them and the under-city for good. As they were running Violet's eyes widened as the bright purple smoke showed in the dark sky. It's Powder, she's calling for her.

Water gusting and the sound of water droplets echo out of the cave as young Viktor makes his way carefully down the slope being with the basket he was carrying.

With a tired sigh he mentally patted his back at getting down without tripping or falling he moves aside the fruits he managed to get for (Y/n) and places the bright purple plants for Rio. Once getting them he picks the basket and carefully walks across the river and towards the small shed-like room.

He gasps when he sees Rio on the ground, her bright pink skin now a sickly mixture of purple and grey, her eyes dripping with tears, big tubes attached filled with a bright purple liquid to her as she growls painfully.

He moves his eyes a bit to see (Y/n) on a table in the similar situation, tubes with the same purple liquid connected to her chest where her heart is and was whimpering and her skin a sickly pale grey color.
