It was the day before Christmas break she knew that it wasn't going to be the easiest to go so long without training but she was sure about to try. Although in Italy it wasn't called Christmas break more winter break. James was holding the punching bag and Chloe was punching it rather aggressively.
"Jesus women you need to calm down." Although James was used to her needing to take her anger out he knew that it was more today then it usually was.
She stopped taking a few breaths she just didn't want to snap when she got home. It was a longer break and she was still not on one terms with Natalia and she knew that was going to make it worse. But she was angry with her that she kept telling them different things. "Sorry."
James sat on the ground looking up at her he knew that something was bothering her. And it was more than what was usually bothering her more than just her revenge. "Are you ok?"
Chloe shrugged honestly she wasn't sure if she was ok or not she just knew that she was having a hard time with everything. She went and sat next to him. "I don't know its a longer break and i'm not on speaking terms with my little sister right now and-"
"The same little sister that you are doing this for?" James knew that she didn't want her little sister to go through what she went through. He had listened to Chloe talk about how Natalia happened and that technically she was a Russian heir of some sorts. She always feared that the two would get separated and how she would never let it happen.
"She was a baby that was never supposed to happen thrown into this world unfairly i refuse to leave her in danger. I don't even know what they would do with her she's part Russian so they could keep her and i don't want her to have to become like me i want her to get her own life." Chloe loved her sister she pretty much raised her and she was doing all of this for her protection and she wasn't going to stop now. She had seen things that her sister never needed to see. She had done things that she never wanted her sister to even know about. "But she just gets on my nerves it was just me her and my aunt Jackie."
"The same aunt that your sister in law hates." James did find it a little comical that the New Spanish Mafia queen has hated the Russian Mafia queen for years with barely ever meeting her.
"So you do listen when i talk i really thought you were just letting me rant." Chloe was fine with him letting her rant but it was nice to know that he was actually hearing what she was saying. She couldn't really go to her siblings with this stuff.
"Yes i actually do hear what you have to say. Your aunt made you into a weapon. You are not only your families weakness but you are also their weapon." James didn't know much of her relationship with her little sister but it had just been them for so long and it sounded like her little sister was returning the favor now. "Whatever your sister did it's been you her and your aunt for so long and i'm sure that she had the best intentions."
"I love her and i'll always do any and everything for her i just wish that she wouldn't always say everything to them about our past." She didn't think that her family would ever truly understand what the past was like for her. There were some things that she did that she just didn't want them to know about yet.
"She's your little sister she worries about you. She wants to make sure that you are ok even if you don't like it." It was a nice thing Natalia had obviously seen more than her siblings and she knew Chloe more. She had seen Chloe protect her and now she wanted to do the same she wanted to make sure that her sister was right. "She wants to protect you the way that you protect her."
She smiled lightly she didn't like it but she guess that he was right. Natalia knew how she could get better than anyone and if she couldn't directly help she wanted to try and get their siblings to. " I guess you are right and i know that she worries about me i just wish that i could take all the worries away. I have always protected her and i've always done everything-"
