Today had a double meaning for everyone it was Natalia's birthday but it was also the day that there mother had died. And while they were all prepping for her party while the kids were sleep. They had told them the day before that they weren't going to school because they knew it was going to be a long day for all of them. They had decided to do something different compared to what they had done with Chloe.
"So we aren't g0ing to say anything about the new tattoo she got?" Lorenzo asked he knew that his sister thought that she was sneaky but this time they were a step ahead of her.
"No?" Adrianna knew that to say something they would also have to reveal Jace and she wasn't willing to do that yet. For right now they were just going to have to wait it out.
"Why not?" Aiden didn't see what that was going to help lying and acting like they didn't know what she was doing. What were they going to do wait until she did something really bad.
Jasmine turned to look at her husband she knew why Adrianna didn't reveal it because then they lost the element of surprise. They knew what she was doing and they were making sure that she was being protected even if she could protect herself without hovering over her. "Because she'd just do it again and if we say something we admit that we had someone following her and we can't do that."
"Damn it." The guys hated to admit it but they were right. Admitting they were following her was like saying that they didn't trust her which some of them didn't.
It seems like they were finally understanding what they were trying to say. Jasmine turned back to what she was doing. "Exactly so it's better to do it this way."
"If we tell her that we had someone following her than she is going to be prepared for next time." Adrianna knew if they told her she was going to be more careful with how she did the things that she didn't want them to know. Even if the brothers didn't like this right now they had the advantage. "We have to use this to our advantage while we can."
"I guess so." Even if they didn't like it they knew that she had a point.
"See now we know what she is doing and she doesn't know we know."

They went and woke the girls up having them all come down for breakfast. They knew that she wasn't in the mood but they wanted to try and make this a good day for her. "Happy birthday Natalia."
"Thanks." Natalia smiled slightly walking down the steps with Chloe she just wanted this day to hurry and be over.
"We have to try and cheer her up." Leah wasn't sure how they were going to do that but they had to try.
"And how are we going to do that?" Alonzo knew that it was her birthday and that she should be happy but he also knew that their mother's death was going to severely overshadow that.
"I don't know." Leah hadn't thought that far and she hoped that one of them had a plan of what to do.
"It's the day mom died none of us are feeling it." Lorenzo knew that better than anyone he knew how this day affected them.
"Well that is going to change." Adrianna was going to give them something to like about this day and she knew the perfect way how.
"Ok."

Chloe and Natalia were extremely confused at the moment Jasmine and Adrianna had made the two get int the car and told them that they were taking them somewhere. "Where are we going?"
Adrianna was going to make good on the promise that she had made it was time to check the memories of the girls. "Figured you don't really want to do anything for your birthday but you and your sister have weird memories so it might be time to finally find out what's up with that."
"Finally." Natalia wanted to know if it was her or was there something off about them.
"Figured you would like this better." She knew that they weren't in the mood for anything else right now and that this would at least bring them something to look forward to. "We can all do something when we get but for right now i think we need to get this done."
"Ok."

The girls had been taking into different rooms so they coudl do the tests while Jasmine and Adrianna sat in the lobby. Jasmine looked over to her she wondered what made Adrianna want to do this for them. "What made you decide to do this?"
"I didn't like to celebrate my birthday after she died either." She guessed that it was really just experience she knew what it was like and what they had to be going through. And it wasn't going to get easier for them. "I understood it I'd rather do almost anything else. They've had to deal with this there whole lives. Natalia was literally born the day she died so i can't imagine what this is like for her."
"And you knew that they wanted the tests done." Jasmine remembered the girls talking about it at Christmas they thought that they were crazy and this was going to tell what was really going on.
Adrianna nodded she knew this was at least something that they had wanted to do. "At least they were looking forward to get this done rather than trying to give her a party that she was going to hate."
"So what happens this year on her birthday?" Jasmine knew that they usually celebrated everyone's birthday to help make it less painful.
Adrianna wasn't going to change anything they were going to keep it the way that they did every year. "We do what we always do we celebrate everyone's all at once so they can celebrate their mom and themselves without hating it. It makes it easier for them."
"What do you think it would be like if she was still here?" Jasmine didn't know Alyssa she knew what she had learned from them but it was really it.
"I think everything would be easier. Everyone knew what Alyssa Salvatore did to those that messed with her family." But as much as she missed her she knew that things would be different now and she liked how things were. "But in a way I'm slightly happy it went this way i don't think all you guys would be here. And i know what it's like without her i don't want to know what it's like without y'all."
