after you and natasha just talked about her and bucky for about an hour you went to bed and so did natasha. or so you thought

"your back" bucky said with a smile

"had to make sure you weren't trying to escape"

"look what happened after the last time i tried that"
he said and let out a small chuckle as natasha sat down by the glass

" ya know y/n knew that you were going to be in this position one day" she said with a smile

"oh yeah? that i'm bad at hiding or that you guys are good at seeking"

"well life is like a game of hide and seek for people like us" she said looking at him

"yeah, ain't that the truth" they just looked at eachother for a little bit

"so.. natalia, how's she doing?"

"she's doing fine, she goes to school and has-" she was cut off

"a boyfriend?" he asked

"not yet" she says with a big smile

"not yet? what does that mean"

"peter parker, the kid with spider suit has the biggest crush on her"

"well that big crush better shrink" he says laughing

"tony is going to send you to wakanda tomorrow for 4 months so you can recover from hydra." natasha says with a frown

"sounds about right" he says softly

"don't beat yourself up over it james, you didn't know what you were doing"

"but i did it" he added "i knew exactly what i was doing but i couldn't stop my mind was in the back of my head, the part i don't use"

"i know, but you can't pressure yourself up over it and in a few months you will be good and free again"

"yeah hopefully-" he was cut off by jarvis

"ms romanoff i just want to inform you that ms barnes is awake and on her phone"

"god damnit" she says while rolling her eyes "i'll be back tomorrow before you leave"

"ok i'll be waiting" he said with a smile as natasha leaves the room and walks into mine

"y/n?" she says quietly "jarvis told me you were awake"

"that snitch" i said right back as she laughs

"y/n/n you have school in the morning go to bed"

"yeah yeah i know"

"i love you"

"i love you too mom" i say as she closes the door
