'Steven. . . He should be touring Providence Island with Connie and Lion right about now .' Choumi's mind drifted to a certain boy as she sighed.
It had been 2 weeks or so since Steven had left and for her it had been a week and a half since she decided to go on her own adventure. Only this time she took it to outer space.
That and she wanted to check on Homeworld.
Sure Steven, her and the rest reformed homeworld adding laws and bringing peace but realistically speaking changing everything the gems were conformed into was a lot of work.
For example, rebels.
Of course there would be gems who weren't exactly happy with the changes they brought.
That was why she was going to homeworld, of course she was infact going on her own vacation it was just that it seemed something was piling up in her stomach, an unsettling feeling for some reason.
Her gut feeling was always right.
It didn't even take long for it to be proven right.
The ship she was on wavered as if hit by something. "Lilac" she called, her eyes slowly turning to a pearl of a soft shade of violet.
"Yes, my. . liege?" The pearl fumbled in her words careful to address the girl in the way she preferred.
"Report?" Choumi payed no mind as she turned forward, the ship was in the middle of a deadzone. Probably from a destroyed planet seeing the different colors of rubble.
'maybe remnants of a planet conquered by Homeworld in the past' she frowned at the possible theory.
"My liege it would seem that we were hit by a rogue ship." Lilac coughed, one hand seemed to be maneuvering a screen, probably connected to the ship as it showed feedback from the left side of the ship.
It definitely looked like a homeworld ship, her brows furrowed, it was a model she wasn't familiar with at all. Though a word did caught her off guard.
"Rogue?"
"Yes, apparently gems weren't fond of the new changes brought in homeworld." Lilac confirmed "How would you like to proceed?"
"Capture them of course." Choumi answered "We should not let the rogues run around as they please, especially when we established peace and a new era."
'I'm starting to talk like a monarch' she sighed waving her hand as Lilac nodded and left, most likely to inform the rest of the gems on the ships.
Choumi's hand reached for the main panel of the ship 'there should be defense mechanisms on this ship.'
"Aha" pressing a button a shield enveloped the ship "now if there are defense mechanisms there should be offensive ones."
