Peace isn't easily achievable, especially when you expect thousands of gems to obey the whim of a human child who possessed the gem of a diamond.

"It's lucky that there aren't any Lapis here, otherwise we'd have a much harder time." Choumi said preparing as 'El' the Ruby had started to submerge the ship (the ship was oddly capable of that as Thalia explained.)
"It's unfortunate for them but it's quite the opposite for us." Thalia grinned.
"Indeed, especially when we have an inside man." Choumi stayed turning to the remaining gems.
"Let's repeat the plan, Lilac"
"Yes my Liege, Thalia will be left with the Rubies to manage the ship and communication with the other humans." The pearl briefed the plan once more "First we'll be going in through the sides of the island, thanks to Mr. Shield's assistance it will be easier for us to enter the island without the rogues finding out."
"The gems present today will be divided into 2. 1 will be responsible to going to the civilians in the Pavilion, retrieve them and either send them to a safer place like the other cities or protect them. That half will be led by me. The other half will be led by Choumi, they will handle the rogues, poofing them then bubbling them while being on the look out for other hostages or civilians." She finished.
"If any humans, most likely from the government make contact with us or approach, I will handle them." Thalia added as she nodded at the gems.
"Remember to take a deep breath okay?" The room was pretty much sealed as Thalia pressed a switched that opened the other door that lead to the ocean.
Water filled the room but the gems weren't bothered except for Choumi who quickly swam to the surface.
They quickly huddled near the metallic wall of the island. "Bismuth cut open a door" Choumi said holding onto Lilac who didn't mind. Bismuth (not the one at Beach City) hand had formed to a sharp knife as Choumi raised the water below them to a more higher, elevated place as the gem started to cut the exterior of the island.
Soon they were in the city taken by the rogue gems. "Alright we already have a detailed layout of the area, see you later guys." Choumi waved as she lead half of the gems deeper into the city as Lilac led the rest to a building that matched David's description.

"This should be the place Mr. Shield sent us through the morse code." A scientist said leading the civilians and injured heroes to an open room in the pavilion, David had sent a message through the speakers around the cities by hacking into the security room of the building he hid at.
It first started with David verbally introducing himself so they wouldn't suspect it was the villain sending them the message "My name is David Shield, to all the civilians and heroes in this city, pay attention to this message-"
To those in the pavilion, hide in the storage room. Help is on the way, the code word to be sure of their identities is 'cluster', one of the people going to your location will be a person named Lilac.
