Ruby's Pov

i was walking with ren jaune and neo as i say "was it smart too have jack go alone?" ren says "he wanted too go even tho there is nothing there" i sigh as i look down at the bag i got from the town i wanted too make jack a dust infused scarf but  i really have no idea how to do it as i hear a roar as jaune says "sounds like its coming from the direction jack went" i would get more worried was jack ready too fight after his battle with tyrian as i suddenly gasp and say outloud "jack is in danger!" as jaune turns around and says "how do you mean hes the strongest out of all of us sure he might been afraid but he should  be fine"

 as i say "no jaune remember when he fought tyrian he was stabbed twice and tyrian was a scorpion so hes poisoned so you all rush too mistral i will head back too jack" i use my semblance as i run back towards jack i threw jaune my bag i arrive as i see a grimm go too attack jack who was laying on the ground as i grab him as the grimm misses its attack as i  turn towards the grimm dropping jack as i pull out cresent rose sniper mode and start shooting at the grimm as i say "you could atleast have said your still poisoned! idiot" the grimm launches its arm at me as

 i jump up getting cresent rose into the scythe form as i shoot a bullet and slash the grimms arm a bit as i start running around  as i run up onto a building and shoot at the grimm more as i put in fire dust and shoot it as it swings its arm at me i jump out of the way as i think too myself  jack already took off 1 arm so i just need too get it stuck and i got the perfect idea for that i put cresent rose somewhere as i use my semblance and grab jacks sword lifting it up as i scream "jack try and get its attetion!" i stand on a roof as jack starts saying "h-hey! you dam scumbag come and get me you filthy animal!"

 it works the grimm launches its hand at jack since im out of vision as i jump down and stab jacks sword straight trough the hand and into the ground as the grimm screams loudly i quickly make my way back too cresent rose and i jump into the air lining myself up with the grimm as i shoot at it a few times going even higher as i suddenly turn around and start shooting down generating speed as i shoot 3 times before swinging cresent rose around and cut the grimm in half as i put  her back on my  back as i quickly run over jack and get on my knees as i look at him for any injuries as

 he says "im fine ruby its just a few scracthes" i look at jack him smiling as he starts coughing out green purple blood as i say "your not fine you idiot i could have helped jaune could have helped too you should have just told us you  were feeling a grimm close by anyway the others already went too mistral i dont know if we will make it" as i suddenly hear a loud sound as i look up and saw a helicopter flying down as i could see jaune coming out of it running towards us as he says "is jack okay? i got here as fast as possible" i respond with "he is a bit roughed up jack has been in worst situations he was shot in the face once anyway help me with getting him up"

 jaune and i help jack up as we lay him in the helicopter with his sword as it takes flight and i say "i really hope we make it" as after a few minutes jaune moves my head as i see mistral and say "wow it looks amazing" as we eventualy land as were greeted by the others dusk right away jumping onto jack licking his face as the people of the helicopter bring jack too a doctor too get nursed up as ren says "im sorry i knew what was there i grew their up and lost both my parents so i really wanted too avoid that place" as jaune says "i dont blame you about that my friend but you should have told us something dangerous was there but then again we all forgot that jack was poisoned he hides pain better then us anyway lets find go too the place were staying"

 i say "i will be with you all later i gotta do some stuff" they nod and we go seperate ways as i walked into a market smirking as i think too myself jack's present will be amazing and he should have something too eat with it i could bake cookies or maybe i should make a actual meal i geuss i can do both then again i never cooked before but how hard can it be

i buy some ingredients and some dust crystals mostly lighting and fire as i return too the others and say "dont order anything for jack im making him some food and before yall ask i have never cooked before but how hard can it be right? also somebody go pick jack up from the hospital he should be finished by now" neo got up and walked away as i started cooking as i hear ren say "your gonna burn that" i say "i wont!" as jaune says "i smell smoke..." i turn around and see i forgot too take off the meat as i quickly take it off and put it away as i quickly return too baking the onions as

 i burn them and i put together the plate as i look at it and say "its eat able right?" ren says "ruby everything is burned" i look at jaune who  looks away as i sigh and say "maybe i can run back and get more ingredients before jack gets here" as i hear a door open and look too see jack is back as i gulp and neo puts down our food as everyone sits down and jack says "where is my food?"  as i see everyone point too the kitchen as i grab the plate of food i prepared and put it infront of jack as i say "i-i tried cooking for you its my first time it seems way harder then i thought sorry everything is burned you dont have too eat it.." as jack just gives me a smile and starts eating as he says "its good you just gotta practice more rubes" i sit down silently and eat my food as we all wish each other goodnight as we go too bed

                                                                                    Next Day

i wake up by the doorbell as i get out of bed and open the door i couldnt believe my eyes as i scream "YANG!?" as i hug her tightly as she says "didnt expect too see me heh ruby" i pull her inside and close the door as i turn too yang and says "before we talk i gotta tell you im here with jaune and somebody else who you might not like ren and jack are here too" yang expression changed from happy too annoyed as she says "why are you here with the fraud and who else?" i whistle as i quickly wake up jaune and ren and pull neo out of bed as i say "yang meet neo  and neo meet yang"

 yang's eyes widen as she says "your here with a criminal!" as i say "calm down shes a good person now trust me  she cares about us" as jaune and ren walk out of their room as jaune says "oh no its yang ruby quick prevent her from beating me!" as yang just turns towards jaune giving him a stern look as i say "yang we need too work as a team were all here because we wanted too help jack and the world you need too understand" yang crosses her arms as she says "i will listen but first where is the bathroom?" i point towards the bathroom  as she walks and suddenly falls on the floor as we all gasp
