Requests: so i was wondering if you could write smth with tony, where reader has an ed and she just stops to eat at one point.. (maybe because she is in an unhappy situation) he rarely notices cause he's so caught up in his work, but when she's constantly tired and shaky, even faints he knows smth is up and confronts her about it.. they have a talk and it's just fluff and comfort and him being very concerned and worried.. / I haven't told anyone this but I suffer from depression & I'm anorexic. My ex use to tell me I needed to be more skinny and that I was never happy enough. I was wondering can you please write something with Tony in it for me please.

Warnings: depression, eating disorder, mean/jealous women, abusive ex

You should have caught the signs, the clear tells of you getting bad. But you weren't in the right mind set ever since that party. Ever since those women.

Tony had dragged you along to another charity gala that the Avengers were requested to come. Well, requested is a nice way of putting it. Ever since the Sokovia Accords happened and the team fought each other and then figured their crap out, the revised Accords required them to come to more events like this than previous.

You were dressed in a long, silky red dress of your own choosing. You often wore red to events like this since it was Tony's color. You were impressed with the dress, and Tony had been very impressed, telling you he was going to end the night early to see that dress on your shared bedroom floor.

Tony was currently off getting drinks for the two of you, but you could see that he had been taken in conversation. You sighed as you stood at the small table by yourself. You tried not to over hear any of the other conversations going on near you, but you finally when your name was brought up by a group of women near you.

"I heard that Stark is just keeping Y/N around because he feels bad."

"My cousin said that he's been seeing her friend on the side. Apparently she doesn't satisfy him enough."

"Well, how could she? She's clearly not his type. She's not skinny enough. It's amazing he brings her out with him to events like these."

"I know that I would be embarrassed to have someone like her hanging near me all night."

"Who wants to bet he's off flirting with the person he's planning to lay tonight?"

You swallowed as your heart began pounding. You singled your fingers as you began to feel your hands getting clammy. You jumped as Tony set two glazes and a plate down on the table.

"Woah there, honey," Tony said softly, setting his hand on the small of your back. "Are you okay?"

"Uh, yeah..." you shakily responded.

"I brought you something to eat."

"I'm not hungry."

"Are you sure?" Tony's brows furrows as he noticed that you wouldn't meet his eye. "What's going on?"

"I... I don't feel good. Do you think, that we can go home?"

"Of course, honey."

Tony led you away from the table, you glanced over at the women who were still whispering and glaring at you. You breath shuttered as you exhaled and Tony got you to the car. The ride back to the Compound was completely silent. Tony kept glancing your way as you stared out the window. The two of you went straight to your bedroom.

"Are you sure you're okay, sweetheart?" Tony asked as you opened your dresser drawers to find something to change into.

"Yeah," you replied. "I'm sure I'll be fine once I get some rest."
