we feel the same (peter parker story)

chapter 15

Daphne works quickly on her computer making the keys click. She turns to see Peter at her window knocking with his head. "come in." She says while turning back to her computer. Peter slides the window up and crawls into her room. "I'm buying a lock, Peter," Daphne says with a smile. Peter chuckles to himself with his big pretty boy smile. "And I have a feeling my father is getting on to you!" Daphne says while turning to look at Peter struggling in pain. "Peter? what happened?" Daphne asks while getting up from her desk and coming over to him. "what happened?" she asks again. 

"You should see the other guy," Peter says while limping and tripping over to the bean bag. Blood drips from his head and bruises and scars surround his face. He stumbles on it and lays his head back. "The other guy, another way to say it a huge lizard-" Peter stops as he hears Daphne's father. "Hey Daph, you want some cocoa Sam is making some cocoa!" He says from outside Daphne's door. Daphne gets up and Peter hides behind the bean bag. 

Daphne opens the door and peaks through. "No dad I do not want cocoa! honestly, I'm 16 years old." Daphne says angrily. "Oh um I'm sorry I just thought I thought remembered last week someone said their fantasy was to live in a chocolate house." Her father says. "well not anymore and I would get fat!" Daphne says while closing the door. She puts her back against the wooden door and looks at Peter peaking from behind the bean bag. "chocolate house." He says with a smile. Daphne rolls her eyes and opens the door again. 

"Sorry dad, I just can't. I have my female week and um I have been crying to this song over and over and I just want to cry." Daphne says while dropping her eyes a little too fake being tired. 

"um ok got it." Mr, May says while nodding his head. 

"Okay, thanks daddy," Daphne says while shutting the door quickly and running back over to Peter. "what is wrong Peter?" She whispers. He pulls off his spiderman suit to reveal many large cuts across his chest. "Oh, My God." She says. 

Daphne grabs a wet towel and rubs it softly on Peter's bloody cuts. "I'm so sorry if it hurts," Daphne says nervously. "it's fine." He says while biting down on his lip for the pain. Daphne stops rubbing and looks up at Peter, but he's already looking. Daphne softly laughs. Peter's face is straight as he moves up to kiss her. "easy bug boy..." Daphne says while closing her eyes. "what you call me?" He asks while laughing a bit. He tilts his head a bit and goes in for the kiss. His fingers softly wrap around her neck pulling her closer and lips connect. She pulls back. "no, no peter no." She says. "what's wrong?" He asks. "I know what this is..." She says with a frown. "what is it?" 

"I'm so scared for you, now I can't live without thinking I'm going to lose you," Daphne says sadly. "don't worry daffodil, I won't ever leave you." He says. his warm breath falls onto Daphne softly tickling her neck.
