Zeynep

I walk out of the kitchen with quick steps and terribly angry at what I heard. I thought the royalty's son's offer was sincere, but it turned out it was just his mother's request . I knew that nothing in life is so easy. Now I have to choose another law firm, there is no way to work with someone like him, especially as my boss.

"Zeynep?" Shouts Barış Bey, who walks after me, following me from the staff exit. - "Zеynep, where are you going? We were going to go to the company, weren't we? "

"Leave me alone, your Majesty. I'm not comming!" I say, continuing to walk to the gate without turning around.

"You're not? Why? " - I do not answer him. "Wait, Zeynep, what has changed?" - He catches up with me running, puts his hand on the iron gate and does not allow me to open it to go out.

"Will you back off?" I say bored, avoiding his blue eyes.

"Zeynep?" he says breathlessly.

"Barış Bey?" I fold my arms in front of my chest and look up proudly. These people may have money, but I have more - pride and honesty.

"Where are you going?"

"At the university, in order to get my documents... Will you move, please, I have to catch a taxi!"

"You'll come at the office alone, then?" he raises an eyebrow.

"No. I won't come. A poor girl like me has no place with you and your company, Barış Bey. " - I manage to pull the gate and open it enough to get through and out of the mansion area. He keeps walking behind me and grabs my elbow to stop me. I'm starting to get very tired of this game.

"Zeynep, what are you talking about? A poor girl like you? Where did you get this from? You have excellent grades, what does it matter where you come from? I do not understand.."

"Look, Mr. Queen's son, you may have money and power, but that doesn't mean you can play with people. I want to deserve the position of lawyer, not to be offered it because they feel sorry for me. I can handle life on my own, I don't need your family's help. Will you let me go now!? - and he does.

"You heard what Mom said, didn't you?" he laughs.

"I heard, yes. I'm sorry I ruined your plans. And I don't understand what's so funny!? "

"Zeynep, my moth-"

"TAXI!" - I shout at the sight of the yellow car, which passes us and fortunately stops a few meters away. And because I don't want to listen to his explanations, I run to the taxi and get on without turning around and hearing his ridiculous explanations. A successful person like him cannot deal with my decisions. He is hardly interested in where and what I will do in the future. So many professionals work with him, he probably won't raise the topic anymore and what about talk to me, never. Good, I don't want to talk with his Majesty either ..

I give instructions to the taxi driver and ten minutes later he parks the car in front of the university. I get the necessary documents there, but not the diploma, it is not ready yet, and the graduation is probably in a month or two. But until then, I have to do an internship. My best friend, Emine, is waiting for me at the university at my request. I haven't seen her in a long time, and I need her advice. She also graduated this year. She now works in one of the most prestigious hospitals in Istanbul. I am proud of her.

"Well, Zeynepcim, what's going on? You took the exams, congratulations! "- we both hug. -"Well, tell me, what did I miss? We haven't seen each other in weeks! " - She grabs my hand and our short walk through the streets of Istanbul begins.
