Emilia stared at her surroundings from her office's window lost in thought that is...until she was woken up by Steve, her coworker."Emilia-san? Are you fine? It's the third time you are dozing off from work and that's very unusual I am getting worried about you doc."
"I must admit I am not feeling very well but I can keep on working you see." She forced a smiled and gave an unnoticeable fake smile which went unnoticed by him.
"I see... Well I should be moving on to the next room now but please do not force yourself to that extent alright?" he uttered while waving worriedly at her. He left the room with a soft 'thud' and was soon followed by a loud sigh from Emilia.
'I really have a bad feeling for the future somehow...' Emilia recalled the event that occurred some days ago about William's documents being uncovered by the so called villain MILVERTON.
She rested her head on the wooden table which cooled down her worried head from thinking further. She opened her eyes and saw the newspaper that arrived just some moments ago and the top heading was 'Whitely'.
"I wonder if this man has the potential..." She sighed one last time before returning back to her paperworks about medicines that was needed to be delivered by today evening itself.
After she submitted her papers and than treating her patients, she packed her things and started walking her way back to her manor. It was than her mind began spinning slowly and her body gave up leading her to fall on the ground.
She began panting with pain as she laid on the ground. Her body was beginning to heat up while her head was getting blurry with pain. She should have already noticed it that she was suffering from fever since yesterday but she tossed her health aside for the moment as she was collecting information about Whitely for William the recent day.
Just than a carriage arrived at the spot, it's door opened revealing Whitely with a worried expression. "Milady are you fine?!" he hurriedly rose her body from the ground gently. "Bring water quick!" he ordered his assistant when he felt Emilia's forehead burning wild.
He made her drink the water which slightly helped her from her bad condition. "T-Thank you..." she whispered in an almost inaudible voice but went heard by Whitely who nodded his head understandingly.
"Shall I drop you to your home? I don't think you are in the state to walk to your home by yourself." Whitely asked with an honest voice which left her bewildered yet slightly glad at his chivalry.
Maybe he wasn't really a bad person...
"If you don't mind can I know your name and your address?" he queried with a puzzled look on his face indicating that he was unsure of himself if he really should say that.
"Of course...Emilia James Moriarty and the address is----" she told him while explaining to him that it's totally okay to be saying that to her especially after all the help she received."Anyways I am Whitely, I am glad I could be of your service milady." He beamed a kind smile at her which made her realise that he really is a good person.
She hoped to ask him more questions about his ambitions and the current government system but due to her health she could hardly speak few sentences.
Time passed by fast and she was soon dropped to her manor. "I hope we meet again milady!" he motioned with his hat and ordered the carriage to move again to another new destination...
Somehow she managed to knock on the door in an audible way hoping that atleast someone heard it as she didn't want to knock hard again. Fortunately, the door opened revealing Louis. She smiled for the last time before fainting on the ground. "Onee-san?!" Louis exclaimed aloud gaining everyone's attention in the manor
