Hermione was born into the potter family. Not the granger and therefore is not a muggle born but a half blood. James and lily never died. The potters and the weasleys are good friends. Sirius knew of peters betrayal and told the potters. They told the ministry and he was arrested for being associated with Voldemort. Ron and Ginny are twins. Harry and Hermione are both 11 years old when this story begins.
