Episode 17

- At the weekend -

Harry: Anyone want to go to hagrid's?
Pansy: I'm down.
Hermione: I'm always up for a visit with Hagrid.
Ginny: Let's go!

- When they arrive at hagrid's -

Harry: *knocks*
Hagrid: *opens the door* Oh it's you lot. Come on in. *shuts the door after they enter*
Ron: *sees the egg* Hagrid, that's a dragon egg.
Hagrid: I know. I won it on New Years. Guy in cloak bet it since he didn't want it.
Ginny: Yes, because it's illegal to own a dragon!
Harry: *sees a gap in the curtain* Pansy close that curtain. *points to it*
Pansy: On it. *closes the curtain*
Hermione: Nice spot bro. *looks at Hagrid* What the hell were you thinking Hagrid?! It's illegal to own a dragon and you know it!
Hagrid: You know it's my dream to have a pet dragon Hermione.
Ginny: We didn't expect you to follow through!
Pansy: If I'm remembering correctly that's a Norwegian ridgeback egg. Do you know how big those get? Where are you gonna keep it?
Harry: Maybe uncle sev can help us.
Ron: We could get Charlie to help us too?

The egg hatches.

Harry: Things just got a lot more complicated.
Pansy: Hagrid, do not touch any of the curtains. We'll get you out of this mess.
Hagrid: Thanks guys.

- 5 minutes later -

- at Snape's office -

Snape: So what's the matter kids? You seem agitated.
Hermione: If we tell you then you have to promise not to tell Dumbledore.
Snape: I promise.
Harry: Hagrid has a dragon.
Snape: What?!
Ginny: Don't worry, we're getting Charlie to pick it up.
Ron: We just need you to make the drop off.
Pansy: Will you do it professor?
Snape: *sighs and looks at his niece and nephew* I can't say no to these two. Just let me know the time and date.
Harry: You're the best uncle Severus!
Snape: Don't you forget it.

They get it set up for two days time. The day after the drop off in Snape's office.

Snape: I've told Hagrid if he gets on there dragon I'm telling Dumbledore. He got scared and promised not to make that mistake again.
Hermione: Did you really have to scare him like that though?
Snape: You know I like to teach my lessons.
