CARL POV

I ran into the woods. They all followed. And i stopped there was a tree house. I saw her up there and i climed up.

"Found her!" I shouted. When i looked im she was just sitting there tear stained. She was holding a knife.?

"Uhh Penny why do you have that knife?" I asked. Ahe turned around.

"To kill myself." She said looking back at it and putting it to her wrist.

I quickly grab it and through it out.

"Carl !" She yells.

"Carol help!" I yell she quickly hops on up.

"Carol she had a knife and almost kulled herself." I said. Penny looked dowm. Carol grabbed her.

"Please dont. I cant lose someone else close to me." She said. Penny nodded and hugged her well crying.

We eventually got her down and went back.

"So you guys liked it?" Penny asked.

"Der!" I yelled they all laughed.

"Thanks...i uh....carol can i sleep in your tent i dont wanna sleep in my dad tent tonight." She said.

Carol smiled.

"Course." She said. Penny smiled.

We all got home. My mom hugged me. We all went to our tents. Daryl looked like he was waiting for penny. She looked to him and walked into carols tent.

He looked iritated and he went into his tent. Carol soon went to hers and we all wen to sleep.

TIME SKIP

CARL POV

We all woke up.

Penny looked sad today. Daryl wss coming out of his tent and spotted Penny. He started to walk towards her when she saw him she quickly moved away. He sighed and walked the opposite direction.

TIME SKIP

My mom left after my dad and shane brouht her back. Soon my dad came bavk with hershel. And a prisoner.

He took him to the shed.

Penny walked outside. She looked tired it wsd night. Daryl looked like he was waiting for her. She looked down and grabbed me.

"Can i stay with you tonight?" She asked. I nodded and lwt her in my tent. Daryl looked sad. And walked into his tent.

As she layed down se fell asleep. My dax walked in to say night.

"Me and your mom are gonna go in the other tent. Night...anf night to the mrs..?" He said i pushed him.
"Dad...just freinds jeez." He chuckled and left.

I was about to sleep when i hearx yelling. I look outside to see walkers. I wake penny up. I run to my dad and qe set the barn on fire.
Daryl kills some but drives off. I see mom drive off and we grab hershel and drive.
I look out the window to see a walker shane.

We drove to the highemway. We were the last ones there.
We saw daryl on the ground.

"Penny? Is she with you?" He asks frantically. No!

"N-no" i say quietly. He colapses to the ground. I cant belive this.

"My daughter gone! An dthe last thing she remebers is her dad being angru." He says
hershel looks down.
Daryl then stands up emotionless. And bumps past us and gets in his car.

TIME SKIP
We were leaving a house and heafing to the prison. My mom was big all the sudden a girl pops out the road. She had messy brunette long hair.
She had a gun on her left hip and a crossbow on her back. She had a pole on her belt and a tazer. I also see pepper spray. She brings put her pole and smirks. her blue eyes looking straiggt to us. She pushes a button and a hook comes out the top. She pusjes anther and the pole gets bigger.
She walks to the car.

"Fuck face give me yer dam su-" she stops and drops the pole.

"Lori? Rick? Carl?" She says. She then grabs her pole.

"Stop there gone. They left you." She says she then looks to the cars behind us. Daryl hops off his bike and hershel steps out.

"Pop? Dad?" She says in disbelife. He holds up his crossbow.
"dont call me dad. I ain a dad no more." He says emotionless.

"She then smirks and breaks the window th my car and grabs me. Putting the knife to my neck.
"Give me yer dam supplies." She says.

She looks to me and lets go and cries.

"No...they arent!" She says to herself.
"There gone...left you...gone" she says.

"What are your names!" She yells.

"Look. Im rick. This is my wife lori. My son carl. The old man is hershel. The man with the bow...thats daryl" he said she looks to us and licks her life. She shortens her pole and puts the hook away.

"Dad.rick.lori.pop.carl?" She says.

She brushes her hair out of her face. Lets us see her eyes.

Daryl dropped hsis bow and grabs her in a hug.

"PENNY!" he yelled. He. Then let her go.

"First were did ya get this shit....and what happened well you were out there for nearly a year?" He says. She loiks down.

"Manly deax people...but this goverment lady.she gave me this pole.its special.one of a kind." She said..

"And well i was out i had to kill a few people...mainly thugs...but some men tried to........well.." she aaid daryl looked pissed.

"They only got as far as there hands i killed them...but im just scared now." She said.

"and carl were 12 now! I found a calander. Yout birthday was a month ago but mine was last week." She said. She looks in the carl and sees the bag of chips.

I see her drool we all do. Her stomach the. Growls.

"How long since you last ate?" My dad asked. Sje looked doqn.

"A..a week." She said.

"Thats why i was gonna kill you guys. Im sorry." She says i give her the bah and she quickly eats them we all get back in and she falls asleeo quickly.

I pat her head.

"Youll never have to leave again."
