6 pm came and you closed the store with Mr. Jung as customary. You walked out of the store and your heart leapt into your throat when you heard Taehyung's voice. "You're avoiding me." You spin around, your heart racing, you're met with a sad pair of eyes on a beautiful face. Tae was leaning up against the store as he once did before.

"I wasn't-" You began to lie but Tae shook his head. "Don't bother. I went to your house looking for you, worried because you didn't answer me the whole day. Hye told me you were at work. Why did you lie to me?" Your eyes shook, trying to figure out what to say. You were furious now. Your eyebrows sank in anger. He was calling you a liar? You laughed humorlessly. "I'm the liar now?" You spat out; your words caked in anger. Taehyung took a step back, thrown off by your tone.

You stomped in the opposite direction, towards your car, leaving him behind. "What are you talking about?" He asks as he follows you. Taehyung was always following you. You were getting déjà vu from this very similar situation you had with him when you first met. "I've lied about nothing!" He adds.

You stop abruptly, and turn, almost causing Tae to bump into you. "Why don't you go hang out with your other girlfriend?" Taehyung licked his lips nervously. "What?!" His sweet face looking angry now, matching your mood. The glare he was giving you was scary. It was shaking your resolve, you decided to turn away, not to be affected by it any longer.

"You let any girl kiss your cheek?" You now spit out, walking again. You almost reached your car; you dug your keys out of your purse. "What?! Who?!" Tae was yelling after you, walking after you with purpose. His legs being much longer than your own, he caught up you quickly. Taehyung grabbed the wrist of your hand holding the keys and made you face him.

"Tell me what you think you saw!" Tae had a tight grip on your wrist. "Yesterday on Vlive! You were all over some girl!" You said it finally, glaring into his large eyes, waiting for his guilty confession. But his face softened, actually Tae began to laugh. You were agitated. You ripped your wrist away and crossed your arms angerly over your chest.

"That was Jiwoo!" Tae told you and you raised your eyebrows with sass, as if that name mattered to you. Taehyung saw your expression and elaborated further. "She is J-Hope's sister! She came to tell us she got engaged."

You let your arms fall to your side. You just stared at him. "That's...that's why you were smiling like an idiot?" You ask him quietly. "I guess! I was so happy for her. She asked if I would come to her wedding, and I said I wouldn't miss it for the world and then she kissed my cheek."

Dropping your head, your body radiated shame. You had been a complete fool. This is how toxic assuming can be. Assumption and anger can make the sanest person seem irrational. You can make up scenarios in your head and they will seem to make sense to back up your crazy suspicions.

"Tae...I..." You squeaked out, not knowing what to say. Taehyung wraps his arms around your waist and pulls your body close to his. "I thought..." You started to say but stopped when Tae lifted your chin with his finger. "Shh." He says softly and presses his lips to yours. The warmth from the kiss spreads across your body and rushes to your cheeks. You truly felt stupid.

Taehyung kisses you so passionately, sliding his tongue inside your mouth and pushes you against your car as he kisses you harder. You become lightheaded, not being able to think straight, you just form your lips to his, not wanting to stop the kiss ever.

Pulling back slightly, Taehyung grins at you. "You must not see it," he starts to say and kisses your nose tenderly. "How you've got me wrapped around your finger. You have since you first kissed me. I'm yours, and you are mine. There isn't room for anyone else." You blush deeply at his words; you bite your bottom lip as you stare at his soft lips. He smirks when he sees where your attention is.
