Weeks went by like clockwork, two people who have been apart for years finally get the chance to express their feelings in ways they couldn't.
Yes, Sunoo and Ni-ki got the chance to love each other unlike many years ago. The two ordinary people spending their time doing things way out of their comfort zone including bungee jumping.
"Yah! Come on, it will be fun!" Ni-ki begged, tugging onto Sunoo's arm as if his life depended on it. Here they were standing outside some café arguing about whether they should go bungee jumping or not.
"It's dangerous!" Sunoo defended folding his arm with a pout on his lips.
"What's dangerous about it? Hm? We're just dangling a few feet in the air and jumping with ropes attached to us as our only safety option"
"Do you even hear yourself right now?" Sunoo asked wondering if Ni-ki was actually this dumb or if he's just pretending.
Ni-ki realized what he said wasn't as safe as it sounded in his head but- "it's fun" he whined.
"Nope, no way. Not me. I'm not going" Sunoo said stomping off declaring his decision not to go and nothing will convince him.
...
"Ah! I'm scared!" Sunoo stood at the top of the tower looking down, a safety rope attached onto him. Ni-ki laughed at Sunoo's reaction as he put his helmet on.
Holding onto the railings, Sunoo shut his eyes tight not wanting to go that far. He felt two arms slowly wrap around his waist and he jumped. That's when he heard a little chuckle in his ear.
"Don't do that! I'm really scared!" Sunoo hit Ni-ki's hands that lay pressed against his stomach tightly.
"If you're scared...let's go down together" Ni-ki whispered the last part in Sunoo ear causing shivers to run down his spine and a deep blush to spread across his face.
Soon after, the staff shouted to them in approval that they can jump but as Ni-ki moved his body forward Sunoo's tensed up and Ni-ki immediately stopped.
He tightened his hold on Sunoo and whispered "Together on three, okay?" Ni-ki asked, it took a minute for Sunoo to respond but he nodded in agreement and Ni-ki felt him relax in his hold.
"1"
Sunoo placed his hands on Ni-ki's
"2"
He tightened them and closed his eyes tightly.
"3"
Ni-ki pushes himself forward and so did Sunoo.

"You should've seen your face" Ni-ki laughed gulping down a bottle of water.
Sunoo looked at him weirdly, one second, he is all romantic and the other second, he teases him for it.
"What?" Ni-ki asked catching Sunoo staring at him with an odd expression "It's the truth, you were screaming so loud someone might think I was killing you up there" he laughed.
Sunoo threw his half-filled water bottle at Ni-ki and walked off upset. Ni-ki smiled to himself and followed the other.
He slowly trailed behind him as he got closer "I was thinking we should go sky diving next" Ni-ki said excited and stared holes into Sunoo waiting for his reaction but to his luck he got none.
"Hm maybe we should do that thing I saw on tv I think it's 'swimming with the sharks'"
No response. Sunoo just kept walking as if Ni-ki was some sort of ghost and he couldn't hear nor see him.
Ni-ki walked past the other stopping him from taking another step "You're not moving until you answer me" Ni-ki seemed determined.
"What?" Sunoo answered looking elsewhere but at the annoying boy in front of him.
Ni-ki stepped closer to him and to his surprise Sunoo didn't back away. He bent down to meet Sunoo's angered face and smiled seeing the latter looking elsewhere.
"Someone slept on the wrong side of the bed this morning" Ni-ki prompted knowing Sunoo would get angrier.
Ni-ki was right, this angered Sunoo and he quickly turned to make a snarky remark but was met with a pair of lips presses against his.
Despite his shock and attempt to push the other way, Sunoo kissed him back unknowingly. Their lips fit together like a missing puzzle piece.
Ni-ki held Sunoo's face not wanting to break the kiss that he had been waiting for. The kiss was long but it held so much emotions that both are too coward to express.
Sunoo pushed Ni-ki a little and started coughing "Hey are you okay?" Ni-ki asked worriedly.
"I'm fine just needed air" Sunoo admitted not quite getting ahold of reality yet until he met Ni-ki's eyes, his face turned pink.
"L-let's go" Sunoo said cursing himself for stuttering in front of Ni-ki afraid of embarrassing himself but the other only laughed, putting an arm around Sunoo's shoulder as they left.
Things seemed to be going great for these two, don't they?
"Good afternoon, Ni-ki's dad"
"Jake, my boy! How have you been?" Ni-ki's dad responded on the other line. Jake tensed up after hearing the voice.
"I'm fine, sir" he responded.
"How is my son? Did he get a girlfriend yet?" Jake rolled his eyes at the question, this was the only reason Ni-ki's dad ever called. He uses Jake as a way to get information about his son as the latter is still oblivious to what Ni-ki dad is capable of.
"Not yet, sir" Jake responded and heard a loud groan on the other side.
"Listen, Jake you're Ni-ki's close friend, right?"
"I wouldn't say close sir, he ha- "
"Yea yea whatever. I'm sending one of my friend's daughter to your place tomorrow. I want you set up a date with her and Ni-ki for me will ya?"
"Sir, with all due to respect, I don't think Ni-ki will agree"
"He doesn't need to agree. Just get him to meet her okay? He'll surely fall for her beauty when he sees her"
Jake sighed and agreed then the father hung up. Jake never told Ni-ki that his dad calls or his dad asks for him. He knows how much Ni-ki hates his father so he doesn't want to add fuel to the fire.
He thinks that maybe one day Ni-ki can meet his dad and reconcile with him but after what Jake just heard on the phone, he understands how crappy of a father Ni-ki has.
"I'm sorry Ni-ki"
