- Four Years Later -

For the fifth time in her life, Valentine Davenport walked onto platform 9 3/4 to start a new year at Hogwarts. Ever since her first year in 1971, she had grown considerably taller reaching 5'10. Something that annoyed her little friend group, since she was taller than all of them except Remus.

"James, Sirius, if you don't hurry up, I will get Ash to poke your eyes out" Valentine threatened James and Sirius who seemed to be taking their sweet time to walk over to her. She held on tightly to the strap of her tote bag as they walked slowly.

"I'm just looking for someone" He replied, peeking around.

"Lily isn't going to be on the platform, she likes to get on the train quickly to get a nice compartment" Valentine stated.

"Who said I was looking for Lily?" James asked.

"Mate, this is you we are talking about. You're obsessed with her" Sirius said.

James ignored them and continued to look around. Valentine realised that he wasn't actually looking for anyone but was hoping for something else.

"Just give me your trunk and I'll put it away for you" She held her hand out. James grinned and dropped the trunk handle onto her hand. With the weight of it she was dragged down "James what could you possibly have in here to make it this heavy?"

"Pranking supplies" He shrugged.

Valentine looked at Sirius and saw him holding his trunk "You want me to take yours too?"

Sirius grinned and kissed her cheek giving her a 'thank you' and then ran towards the train with James in tow.

"Why am I so nice to them?" She asked herself.

As Valentine pushed through the crowds of people, one of the trunks bumped into someone. The young girl froze when she realised who she had bumped into.

Walburga Black.

Valentine knew all about Walburga Black. How she was a blood supremacist. How she had beat her own son. How she was the reason why he had ran away during the summer, ending up at Potter Manor.

Walburga Black knew all about Valentine Davenport. How she was best friends with her son. How she was a half-blooded metamorphmagus. How she had some strange love for magical creatures and roamed Hogwarts like a buffoon with the rest of her blood-traitor friends.

"How dare you!" She screeched.

"How dare I?" Valentine repeated "Should've moved your fat arse out the way"

"Excuse me?" Walburga drew her wand at the girl,

Valentine straightened her back and stood tall over Walburga, who was around average height for a woman of her age. The older woman had to noticeably arch her neck to even look Valentine in the eyes.
