Remus instantly greeted Valentine as soon as she stepped off the train. He held her bag and plant that got left behind when she was taken from the compartment.
"Thank you dear" Valentine held the plant in her arms and the two walked towards the carriages.
"I didn't want to put it away since I was worried it would get crushed" Remus pointed towards the plant that she carried. He carried on holding her bag.
"My mum put a charm on it so nothing gets crushed" Valentine waved it off "Where's Ash?"
"With Peter"
"Let me guess, he completely ignored James who continued to try be friends with him and Sirius sat there and glared at him. James eventually gave up and then you all started planning on what types of pranks you should pull this year. Was I right?"
"Pretty much spot on actually. Except you forgot that I was made a prefect so I did have to attend a prefects meeting" Remus flashed his red badge.
Valentine fake gagged "Imagine being a prefect"
"You won't be saying that when you're begging me not to remove any points from Ravenclaw when I catch you after curfew" Remus put an arm around her shoulder.
"You wouldn't dare take points from your favourite girl" Valentine gasped dramatically.
"Who said you're my favourite girl?" He asked.
Valentines jaw dropped and she faked anger "Wow, i'm shocked Remus. I have been betrayed"
"Yeah I always thought that Ramona was quite nice to me" Remus said.
"You've had like one conversation with her" Valentine pointed out.
"I don't see the problem" Remus shrugged "Let me guess, I'm your favourite boy"
"Oh no, my favourite has to be James. I have known him since I was little" Valentine said.
"I am shocked that i'm not your favourite boy"
"Well i'm not your favourite, why should you be mine"
"Well i'm me" Remus laughed.
"That is not a good enough answer" She squished his cheek, took her bag off his shoulder and then walked towards the rest of her roommates.
He bit his lip as a small blush crept up. He shook his head and watched her walk away.
"So what did Remus want?" Ramona asked "Don't say nothing because all three of us saw you two all lovey dovey"
"Yeah when is your wedding with him because i'm gonna have to get dress fitted for my maid of honour duties" Marie laughed.
"Oh please. We all know that I would be her maid of honour" Ramona pointed to herself.
