Aiden's P.O.V

Another day at this boring school. At least I get to spend it with Aru. I finally asked her to be my girlfriend. I've sorta had a crush on her since the day we met...but anyway...I was sitting in math class staring out the window. This world was pretty, but the Otherworld was better. My Masi and Hanuman made us go to High school. But at least it was at Skyline High, where Lord Indra and I think his name is Zued or something can protect us since we are high up. They didn't give us a place to sleep, so me, Aru, Kara, Brynne, Hira, Mini, and Rudy are all staying with the Greek Demigods. Unlike the Pandavas though, their parents are ACTUALLY gods. Indra is only Aru's soul father, and her birth parents are the Sle—I best not say his name, and Krithika Shah. The bell rang, shaking me out of my day dream and Aru grabbed my hand. I squeezed back and walked out of the classroom. On our way to our lockers, Aru smacked into a girl. She was good-looking and had a smile that suggested evil.
"Sorry," Aru said.
"Who the hell do you think you are?" I was taken aback by her words. Aru just said sorry! "I am the queen of this—" She was cut off suddenly when she looked at me. I was wearing sweatpants and a sleeveless shirt which showed my muscles.
"Well, well, well," the girl said. "What do we have here, beautiful?"
"Back off," I said. "I have a girlfriend." She scoffed.
"Girlfriend? Her? She's too ugly to have a boyfriend as beautiful as you." I was about to slap her when Aru cut in, her eyes a sheet of murder.
"WHAT did you just call me?"
"What you are, beautiful. Ugly. Get a life."
"Get a life," she repeated. "Like yours? I'm good, thanks for the offer. And besides, any girl would be ten times hotter than you Miss JERK." The girl's eyes widened and she stepped forward. "My name is Daniela Matthews—"
"Did I ask?" Aru yawned, as if bored with the whole situation. The girl, Daniela, raised her hand and slapped her. Aru didn't even move. She tried to slap her again, and this Aru blocked. She brought up her hand and stopped Daniela's an inch from her face. Then she butted up her knee and kicked her. Daniela howled in pain and Aru walked away, seemingly satisfied with her work. I jogged to catch up to her and when I did I spun her around. She looked up at me and smirked. "What?" She asked. "She deserved it." I laughed.
"I agree, Shah."

——Time Skip: Astronomy Class—

I was sitting in my astronomy class. The teacher, Mx. Nat (Mx is non binary for those of you who didn't know.), was teaching us how to clean the lens of a telescope. I wasn't paying attention really, since Agni had cast a spell on us that made it look like we were paying attention but we weren't. I was having a perfectly content time, scrolling through all my photos, when the jerk from earlier walked in. "Why are you late Daniela?" Mx. Nat asked.
"You're not my mom, I don't have to tell you," she responded sarcastically.
Mx. Nat sighed. "Detention."
Daniela rolled her eyes and went to the nearest empty seat...the one next to Aru's. When she spotted Aru, she grinned evilly. "Don't have your boyfriend to protect you now, do you," she taunted. Then Aru's head popped up behind me. She'd convinced me to take this class with her.
"I'm right here," I said. "But Aru doesn't need me to protect her. I think you're the one in need of it."
Daniel glared at her and Aru glared back. Then Mx. Nat spoke up.
"Aiden Acharya and Daniel Matthews, do you have something to share with the class?" Daniela shook her head, still staring at my me, but I nodded. "Would you say it?"
"Sure! Do I have something on my face? Daniela was staring at me." I laughed and turned to Daniela, who was crimson red with an I'm-gonna-kill-you look. Aru snickered. Even Mx. Nat chuckled a bit. "Anything else, Mister Acharya?" Before she could answer, a loud horn blared, indicating an announcement.
"All students must report to the auditorium. This is mandatory."
I wondered what that could be about.
Me and Aru walked out of the classroom and down four floors to the theater room. When I pushed open the door, I found fourteen olympians, and...oh my god...was that Urshavi and Hanuman and Boo?! And Indra and Vayu and Dharma Raja? This can't be happening. I looked at Aru but she had the same frantic eyes. I realized with a jolt she'd never met her soul father. I slowly walked to the closest seat and sat down, Aru next to me. I watched as the gods, both Greek and Indian, took turns telling all the mortals there story. Daniela was a few seats away and I heard him whispering to everyone that she was a daughter of Indra and his Masi was Urshavi. Oh, she was gonna get it bad. The rumor was now all over the room. Then Indra boomed, "Silence, mortals. Now we need to bring our children to the stage. My daughter, will you come up here? You know who you are." Aru shrunk back in her chair, and honestly, I really couldn't blame her. All eyes were on Daniela. She slowly stood, legs shaking all the while. When she made it to the stage, she bowed at Indra's feet.
"Father," she said. Indra looked outraged with her.
"You are NOT my daughter!" He roared. "This is a disgrace! Leave the stage now!" Daniela ran off, shaking violently, then collapsed as soon as she got off the steps. "Now," Indra said. "Daughter, come now."
Aru dipped her head in her hoodie. But she finally gave in and got out of her seat. There were multiple gasps from the crowd and whispers saying that she'd be injured like Daniela. I smiled reassuringly until Indra spoke again. "Will her boyfriend also come up here?" Crap. He caught me. I stood up from my seat and more gasps erupted. I caught up with Aru who was walking as slow as a snail. Indra smiled at the two of us and beckoned us to come quicker. When we got to the stage, Aru stood there until I whisper-screamed, "Pranama!"
(Gujarati for "bow") She immediately bowed at her fathers feet, while I bowed at Urshavi's.
"Masi," I said.
"Rise, nephew." I rose unsteadily and stared into the eyes of the most beautiful goddess. She smiled. I took Aru's hand and dragged her to the side of the stage. Then Brynne, Mini, Kara, Rudy, and even Hira came up. The Greek gods and goddesses called up the Heroes of Olympus. They talked for an hour. And then we went back to school as if it was a normal day. But no one talked to us.

And that...

...is how we got revealed.

Did you like it? It was really cheesy but I didn't exactly know how to do it. Please comment, vote, and like!!
