I was deep asleep dreaming about cream fudge (coughs). I heard a familiar voice "wake up, aren't you going to get ready for school. I don't want you to run late, hurry up!" It was mom's voice and, I suddenly felt something wet slide down my face and I screamed "was that a cream fudge-ing snake slithering down my face or something?" But mom started laughing and showed me the ice cube in her hand. She was so childish at times.
I shouted "Mom, stop. I was almost going to die right now."
She replied with a smirk "but you didn't."
I replied "you wanted me to die?"
Mom raised an eyebrow and ordered "drama later, get ready, and for your information you are already late for school."
I threw a pillow right on her face..... And before she could attack me back, I was in the washroom, I could hear mom scream behind the door. I giggled at her.
That was my mom. She is not very tall but, not short though, that's what she is. She has hazel eyes, long brown hair, perfect curves and an awesome cool nature. She is fun loving. Our relation is not like the normal mother-daughter thingy, it is something else. Maybe she is my best friend, or a sister. I don't know, but who throws a pillow at their momma? I do. That's the point.
I brushed my teeth, had a quick bath, I did my hair into a braid, hopped into my dress. Yes, a dress. I was wearing a blue based floral dress to school. The best part is, we basically have no restrictions at school except of putting the hoodies on.
I took my backpack, iPod, Phone, and my completed homework's. Yes, I completed my homework's.
I rushed through the stairs, and landed downstairs. I tripped on everything on my way because nothing was on place. Since, we moved.
My mom, dad, me and Jason. We shifted to a new place last week. New York. Yeah, that's where we are. New place, new home, new school, new people, basically, everything's new.
I sat on the breakfast table with my mom and dad, and took a big bite of apple. Jason already went off to school cause, he didn't want to run late.
Jason, is my little baby brother. He is six years old, has brown hairs and hazel eyes, like our mom. He loves to go to school. He hates weekends cause, school's off. He loves cheese and everybody who loves cheese, is his best friend.
His daily routine's to do homework's, watch cartoons, draw, wake me up in the morning, and get ready for school. I drop him to school every day unlike today, because I was running late.
I took another bite of my apple and said "good morning mom and dad. As you can tell, I am already late so I got to rush, meet you in the afternoon."
Dad took a bite of his bread and asked "do I need to drop you to school?"
I nodded gesturing 'No' and said "I will take my skateboard daddy. It's fine. Love you."
Mom hugged me and dad gave a kiss in my forehead and I was off to school on my skateboard. Its color was mint with, pink wheels. Our primary school was 10 minutes away from our house, that's for Jason and high school was 20 minutes away from our house, that's for me.
I never stopped and reached school in 10 minutes. Fast huh?
This was the second day, I was coming to school. I managed not to make any friends because I didn't find it necessary. The school was big enough with white walls and blue lockers. I kind of liked it. It was simple. My favorite teacher so far was Miss. Russet, our art teacher.
