After Shawn, Uncle and Aunt Collins left, I called Aria. I told her about this weird feeling I felt when Shawn was around.

"I totally think you are falling-" she spoke, but I cut her off.
"Don't finish the sentence, or I'll finish you," I yelled.
"I am deaf now," she whined.
"What?" I gagged.
"So you are deaf now, too?" Aria said sarcastically.
"Shut up, and help me," I said.
"Yeah, so face the truth that you are falling for him," she completed.
"You are dead," I threatened.
"Yeah, but that's the truth," Aria pointed.
"How can you be so sure?" I asked.
"The way- never mind," she retorted.
"No no no, tell me, 'the way' what?" I asked.
"The way he looks at you, any person with eyes can see it," she pointed out.
"What? You got to be kidding me," I said confused.
"The way he looks-" I cut her off.
"The way he looks at me, maybe he is planning of some ways to annoy me. Hah, i know that's it," I pointed.
"Tell me the last time he annoyed you," she asked.
"Umm... he was about to cut off my hairs," I assured.
"And when was it?" she asked.
"Like, 3 to 4 days ago," I answered.
"See, I told you. He never plans to annoy you anymore," she pointed you.
"You are hopeless, I asked you to help me, but you are making me realize how much I love him? And how can ALL this happen in between 3 to 4 days. You are dumb," I blurted.
"What do you want me do? Okay, try to ignore him for a day, I bet you can't do it," she said.
"Yeah, I can't" I said, "but hey, what do you bet?" i finished.
"All the food you want to eat," she said.
"I am on," I said.

What am I doing? Betting to ignore Shawn for a day, because I am going to get all the food I want, and Ari thinks, I love him.
Bullshit.

"Okay, but you can't tell him it was a bet. EVER," she said.
"Okay, it starts tomorrow right?" I asked.
"Yeah, no talking, no eye contacts, no nothing," she pointed.
"You are making it tough now," I complained.
"It's all the food in the world, it has to be tough," she complained too.
"Fine," I giggled.
"I love you," she said, giggling too.
"I love you too," I said.
"You know, I can still give you all the food in the world and you don't have to ignore him," her voice softened.
"No, it's good. I can do it, and I hope it will help me stop thinking about him," I said.
"Okay, try it," she said.
"See you in school tomorrow, bye," I said.
"And we are going out after that, are we?" she asked.
"Yes, Devan, you, Shawn and me," I assured.
"Okay, bye," she said.
"Bye," I said and hung up.

Stay away from Shawn for a day? No talking, no eye contact, no nothing?
No no no no, I can't do this.
I have to do this.
Holy mother of cheese-cake, save me.
This is stupid. I should totally back off....

I can't do this. I can't ignore Shawn, at all.

I always knew it. You so love him. Oh god, I am so happy for you. You are still getting all the food for, accepting the fact bae.
Ari.

Shut up.

The day went by pretty fast after. I had my dinner with my family. Happy family. Mom, dad, Jay-jay and me. I was happy being happy. It was not new for me. Sometimes, I used to get tired of being happy, I have no idea why. My family is totally ALWAYS happy.

I walked into my room and I tried calling Aaron over and over again but, he won't pick his call. I left him several texts but he just won't reply.

Frustrated, I dozed off to sleep.

NEXT DAY

I walked in the school happy, because I was going to meet Shawn. This is getting extreme now. I was ridiculously happy, and that's insane.
