A bright moon illuminated the foggy forest below, casting an eerie glow over the large lake surrounded by trees and mist. Ben, filled with excitement, stood at the edge of the lake.
Ben: "Cannonball!"
He jumped into the water, causing a splash, and resurfaced with a grin on his face.
Ben: "Judges score... yes! Perfect 10! Yeah! The crowd loves him!"
Ben playfully mimicked the sounds of a roaring crowd, waving his arms like an athlete celebrating a victory. Meanwhile, on the pier, Gwen watched Ben with a flashlight in hand, unimpressed by his antics.
Gwen: "A perfect Dweeb" is more like it."
They had stopped near a lake for the night. Grandpa Max was planning to take them fishing in the morning.
Ben: "Come on, dive in!"
Gwen: "Please! Who knows what nasty, slimy things are slithering around in there?"
Her flashlight beam landed on Ben, emphasizing her point.
Gwen: "I rest my case."
Ben: "What's the point of camping by a lake if you're afraid to get wet?"
Undeterred, Ben playfully splashed water on Gwen.
Gwen: "Knock it off, midget!"
As that happened, Dax appeared carrying a ton of, presumably, junk, as been noticed him.
Ben: "Yo, Dax, you want to jump in the water with me?"
Hearing his name being called Dax trying to look at Ben.
Dax: "Nuh, I'm good; besides, it's pretty unsanitary to go into that lake, and leeches do exist. so bye!"
With that, Dax quickly departed, leaving Ben and Gwen confused by his sudden departure.
Gwen: "Well, he makes a good point. See you later, dweeb."
Gwen walked away back to the Rust Bucket, leaving Ben to enjoy his splashy adventures alone. But as she left, Ben couldn't resist one last prank.
Ben: Hey! (Coughing) "What's -- Happen--?"
Feigning distress, he dramatically disappeared underwater. Unbeknownst to him, Gwen glanced back for a moment.
Gwen: "Very funny Ben... I'm not falling for it. (Walking back over to shine a light on where Ben went under) ...Ben?"
The water bubbled, and a giant green swamp creature emerged, growling at Gwen. Startled, she screamed in fright, dropping the flashlight, which rolled and illuminated the creature. To her relief, it was just Ben, transformed into his Four Arms form, playfully covered in seaweed.
Gwen: "Ben!"
Four Arms: "You should have seen the look on your face! (Chuckling.) Ah, priceless!"
Gwen, recovering from her fright, turned to head back to the RV, but not without a warning for Ben.
Gwen: "You are so busted when I tell Grandpa!"
Four Arms: (Laughing to himself as he takes the seaweed off.) I can't believe she fell for it! A monster in the lake! How dumb can you be?
Just as Four Arms chuckled to himself, the water behind him began to bubble and splash, causing him to turn around and see a gigantic silhouette of a real monster rising out of the water, shocking him greatly!
