54. Punches crunches

SEOKJIN'S POV

I was in the convenience store as Jiseok was craving for some ice cream. Jiseok placed the ice cream on the counter and I pulled out my wallet to pay but my card was nowhere in it. I panicked but then a voice called my name.

"Are you looking for this?" I turned around and saw a beautiful girl extending my card. Jiseok went and took the card while she ruffled his hair. Jiseok had always been a cheerful kid who got along with everyone so no wonder she smiled and complimented him.

I went closer to them and gave a bow because I was thankful to her. "Thank you for your help. I am Kim Seokjin and you are?"

She smiled and extended her hand for a shake. She said," My name is Lalisa Manoban but my friends call me Lisa."

Her name didn't seemed native with the usual Korean surname so it got me curious."Your name sounds different yet your korean is fluent." She giggled and said," I am Thai but I completed my studies in Seoul. I returned here yesterday, just wanted to take a break in Jeju before meeting my best friend in Seoul."

I nodded and again bowed at her. I paid the bill and held my son's hand and came out. Before the sun would set I wanted to return back to the hotel.

I was in my thoughts until I heard a car honk and ny attention went to the man who came out of it. Yugyeom came out in a hurry and stood in front of me.

He said," Jungkook and Soyoung went out on a date." My eyes widened after hearing that. I was the one who asked him to keep on an eye on Jungkook but this news left be befuddled. I frowned and asked,"What are you saying? How can that be possible?"

"I think everyone in the group gathered together and executed it."

"Then why didn't you stopped them?" He raised my voice on him while Jiseok got startled but I took him in my arms and again looked at Yugyeom. My eyes widened when I saw his glistening eyes.

He left a bitter chuckle and said," I realised how important Jungkook was for her. I loved her so I decided to let her go because letting her go to fetch her happiness is my definition of love. I thought if my love was powerful then she would come back to me but when I saw that intense love in her eyes for that man instead of me, I realized their forbidden love was more stronger than mine."

"And you were the idiot who took this much time to realize that Soya was Jungkook's priority!"

I turned back and saw Lisa standing behind us. "Did you eavesdropped us? Wait! How did you know my sister and Jungkook?"

She gasped and pointed her finger at me with bewilderment. She blinked her eyes and said," Are you Soyoung's brother? That world wide handsome face. That brother who was her only family?"

I tiled my face and nodded. She covered her mouth with shock then said," Oh my god! In my collage days she used to talk a lot about you. Sorry for eavesdropping but I never thought we would meet this way."

She turned to Yugyeom and said," I want to meet Jungkook. There is something that he needs to know. A truth which only I know." Yugyeom nodded and went in his car. I also went with them because I wasn't comfortable after knowing Soyoung denied my order and went out with him.

Yugyeom parked the car and went towards the beach but as soon as we arrived, we saw five men laying on the ground behind a rock. Jiseok ran and without any warning jumped horizontally on Taehyung and Jimin. Those soulmates in everything got the back pian together and groaned in silence. Other members were shocked and turned back to find a furious me standing behind them with that hotel owner and a stranger.
