Two dangerous lovebirds sat in the break room of a restaurant. They wore black visors and a green and yellow shirt.
Sylvia, an ice white German Shepherd, she often raider her head and took long smells. Claw rolled his head. "I know the food smells good but you have to keep your stomach empty, we have an important meeting with an important and dangerous person." Claw said to Sylvia who was dropping.
Sylvia sighed. "Why can't we just quit and live life on the edge? I'm tired of trying to balance two lives. One of them doesn't even matter." She asked in annoyance, she started to tilt the chair back and sigh unnecessarily loud.
Claw looked at Sylvia. "We both know we can do that but it's more dangerous. If I lose you...then I don't know what I'll do." Claw said with big baby eyes.
"Awe." Sylvia stopped leaning on the chair and leaned towards Claw for a kiss.
"You want to share a burger?" Claw asked trying to please Sylvia.
She nodded.
Claw smiled. "Let's get back to work. Breaks almost over."
They walked out and saw the collectors. Sylvia was interested in who they were after but Claw already knew. "We have to go. We're the only dogs in here." Claw said grabbing Sylvia by the paw and taking her to the back door.
She snatched a donut on the way out. "Where we goin?" She mumbled with crumbs falling out of her mouth.
Claw looked around. He quickly looked at a ladder, trash bin, and the exit to the alley. He darted to the ladder and let Sylvia go up first.
She sped up the ladder, Claw followed. "You can't run!" A deep voice boomed through the alley.
Claw got a full look at the two men before they split up. One is tall and thin but the other was short and stocky.
"Just like running from the cops!" Claw playfully shouted bolting past Sylvia with a smile on his face. Sylvia smirked and chases after him.
They leap from rooftop to rooftop. The tall man b-lined it straight towards them. His long legs made it easier to jump across the gaps between the small building.
Claw howled as he run across.
Sylvia suddenly stopped with her jaw dropped and eyes plied open. She stood like a statue staring at scene unfold in front of her.
Suddenly she was yanked by the taller guy. He pulled out a thick stick and slammed it across her head.
Out cold
They groaned and saw Claw laying down lifeless next to her. She looked around the car and placed her paw on the seats and rubbed them. "Woah..." she mumbled before looking back at Claw.
She leaned over and poked him. His chest moved like any other moving chest. He had a white bandage on his head. She felt her head and felt a cloth object wrapped around it. "Did we get selected?" Sylvia asks.
The driver looks at the rear view mirror. "Yeah. Should've came with us the first time around. Now you have to face the consequences when the games begin." He explained clicking his tongue and shaking his head.
Sylvia sighed. "How good do the other contestants look?" She asked.
The driver sighed. "I've never had a contestant talk so much." He bluntly spoke
Her head recoiled. "Sorry I can't control it. I have ADHD. Now about the other contestants."
He shrugged and decided to go along. "I have my money on a husky and Bernese mountain dog. Another unit is in their way to collect two cops for the first time ever."
Sylvia nodded. "Of course a cop"
I know what your thinking. Uploader stop being such a biotch and write longer chapters. Of course I would but I feel like these little backstories for each contestant shouldn't be that long.
